Nice roomy size; good location; ( close drive to all we wanted); laundry availableBalcony seating was nice but fairly close to neighbours

No freezer in the fridge ( wanted ice pack for next days travel) Black out drapes to block outside lights at night would have been nice

EVERYTHING. Rooms were lovely, and we met some wonderful marching girls and had a BBQ with them. The manager Fiona joined us, and it was a wonderful night. Thank you, Fiona, we had a great stay.

Having to leave

Good location and very comfortable bed. The room was nice and quiet with amazing water pressure for the shower. Very clean and tidy. Will stay again.

No.20. Clean, about 1km from center.Black Rabbit pizza restaurant and supermarket at walking distance. However, if you have a car, everything is very close in this lovely town. Visit to Kaikoura lookout is recommended.

Absolutely loved our stay here! The receptionist was incredible. So welcoming and kind. Made the entire experience so much better. Property is in great location and rooms are comfortable and clean!

Bathroom doors would swing open if window was open and could only close window from outside. Other than that, everything was perfect!

Lovely and spacious, clean, tidy suites with own private balcony. Great facilities with everythingqe needed inclduing plenty of parking for our jetski on trailer. Wonderful, friendly and helpful staff. Would definitely stay again.

The only area of improvement would be the silicone around the shower.

Spacious room, with comfortable chairs and lovely furnishings. A private patio to use , super big bed too, very clean ✅✅ a big covered outdoor area for BBQ’s

No sky TV, and an adjoining room which wasn’t really sound proof were the only issues.

Awesome staff, we had a late check in and the staff made sure that everything was a breeze. They checked in with us to make sure we were OK and that we knew where our room and parking spaces were. Awesome team, awesome space and perfect get away for the weekend.

Great stay but: road noise makes it hard to sleep and stay asleep. The place already had double glazing so not sure what can be done. Bed was a bit hard for us but maybe that’s personal taste. Can’t understand why we need to open window in bathroom when shower is on ( sign says to) to avoid smoke alarm going off - why not have an extractor fan.

It is in a convenient place with the supermarket nearby. It was the second time we have stayed there. It is a very quiet place to stay.

The strong wind was loud in the apartment 18 because the window was warped and didn't close tightly. Reported to Fiona.

Comfortable bed, well equipped kitchenette. Even had house keeping, they kindly cleaned our dishes which I didn't expect.

A fair bit of road noise in the front rooms, however a good set of earplugs did the trick.
