Lantern Court Motel

Clean quiet motel in a quiet town, friendly staff, very restful!

Great location

Room was "on display" to street. Some sheets could help

Great location in the centre of Reefton within walking of restaurants, supermarkets and a informative historic walk.

We love the location and the room we requested was available. Its our favourite, light and airy with a balcony!

No fault to find.

All was good, nice and clean ,very friendly.

The main bed needs to be replaced not comfortable at all

The room was lovely and clean when we arrived. It was easy walking distance to town

Motel was in walking distance to supermarket, 2 pubs, Gin Distillery an Main street for café.

Maybe being told about uneven floor an story behind it. Was like being back in Christchurch earthquake days

Very friendly and welcoming owners and a roomy and comfortable stay

Clean, comfortable and well located.

All was great

On the Main Street, 2 separate rooms, clean & tidy comfortable beds, kitchen

Bit dated not that it mattered to us

Great location and very welcoming and friendly owners/staff. Beds were comfy.

We stay in the older part of the motel but they have done up the important bits like the beds and the bathroom. The TV and radio were new too. They are probably working on the carpet and the couch to match the other updates as they get a chance as the other rooms had been done. The people were so friendly, you really couldn't ask for more.

Wonderful welcoming staff, great location. Clean spacious comfortable rooms.

This complex of single rooms and apartments was in the centre of Reefton with lots of cafes, two grocery stores and town museum within two blocks. If you want to overnight, reserve well in advance as there isn't much alternative except for freedom and paid camping.

Parking is difficult if you have a big vehicle. We unloaded our car in front of the unit and then moved it to a street location. While it didn't bother us as we had experienced this before, the shower is very basic - a shower head and drain with a curtain to close off that corner of the bathroom. Just saying area has biting insects - bring your bug spray!

Spacious, just off the Main Street, and it had character…..I felt at home there.

Only minor really , but the internet signal came and went a few times.

Location very central, staff very helpful and friendly

Getting in & out of shower over spa difficult for elderly, no rail to hang on to.

Really nice and clean, good location, friendly and helpful staff.

Cant think of anything they could do better.

The room was nicer tan the picture.

There was no fan or heat pump.

Location friendly staff
