Featuring views of Lake Wanaka and the surrounding mountains, Wanaka Top 10 Holiday Park offers free Wi-Fi. Guests have access to a ski and snowboard drying room, BBQ facilities and a children's playground. It is less than 5 minutes’ drive to the center of Wanaka and a 15-minute walk to the shores of Lake Wanaka. There are daily snow and weather reports and secure storage for ski equipment, snowboards and mountain bikes is available. Each studio and apartment features heating, electric blankets and a TV with Freeview and Chromecast. All offer a refrigerator and tea/coffee making facilities. Some apartments offer full kitchen facilities, or in winter months an open fireplace. Shared facilities at Wanaka Top 10 Holiday Park includes a 24-hour guest laundry, a covered dining area and parking for boats and trailers.

Pros +
- The room and garden were really nice and the beds were comfortable.
Cons -
- I was fine but my husband was facing the front door, which he said felt like facing a TV screen - he didnt have an eye mask so he struggled to sleep. If this was improved, it would be better. The one-time milk seems a little stingy and silly, considering they replenish everything else. A bit of walk to the centre of town, although we didnt mind.
