Oakridge Wanaka Hotel

It had everything to make it feel like home away from home. I really appreciated the washer/dryer and detergent!

Only thing about the room was that the carpet had a lot of visible stains on it.

Clean and staff were very professional

Bathroom door would not latch and hot tubs were warm enough but jets were not on, nor could be turned on, more like a soaking tub.

The kids loved the pool

We loved the pools, saunas and health club!

Sauna and gym

No AC, TV didn’t work, room had a bad smell

Set up of the Apartment was great

Pool too crowded without enough chairs; no curb appeal

Clean, modern, great location.

No issues. It was great.

Great room, great view from balconyRoom had everything we needed to be self sufficient

Very pleasant staff. We were able to book very late one night and the receptionist was delightful

The room is un apartment they have Laundry and dryer Big room good to reorganize yourself in the road trip in new Zeland

The hot tubs and pool were amazing. Beautiful view and close to town. Very comfortable stay thank you.

Couldn’t get breakfast or dinner at the hotel as was always booked out.

We used a studio room connected to two hotel style rooms to suit our family of 5 - the combination worked well. The pools and spas were great. The gym and cardio room have a great selection of equipment

The rooms were a bit dated relative to other places we stayed on our NZ holiday, and the resort is a bit to far for a stroll into town

Very spacious apartment, in room washer & dryer, well equipped kitchen, clean sheets, clean bathroom, ton of space for family with very good privacy

Awesome pool/spa/sauna, large room

No Netflix or anything stream based on the TV. Terrestrial TV is awful so in my opinion a streaming service on tv should be standard nowadays

We had an upstairs apartment at the front of the complex so uninterrupted panoramic views of the mountain behind the Lakes. Stunning. The balcony was super large and sheltered. The Receptionist was helpful and friendly which is always a good start. The room is relatively quiet and the atmosphere at the resort is serene. I did not use the pools, they looked inviting . Would stay again.

Getting all the displayed channels working on the TV would be a plus.

Clean

Very noisy fridge at night,Outside Door lights comes directly into the room through glass door.Anyone can see through the partially frosted glass door directly where you are sleeping with no way of blocking visibility. No bar for a beer or anything beverage by the pool

Location is good. The rooms are specious.

WiFi in one of our rooms was very slow.

(1) We stayed as a group of 4 adults 2 kids. We got three rooms all in one townhouse . Very happy with it.(2) The warm pool is clean. I enjoy the relax in it and watching kids splash in the pool.

There is no water jet in the pool for massage.

Spacious apartment outdoor area and pools.

No windows or air conditioner. It was hard to keep cool because you didn’t want to open ranchslider because of security issues.

Rooms setting and facilities

Poor wifi, poor service, no room service during the entire stay.
