Located just in front of a beautiful lake! Delicious food!

A bit of dust in the room.it was clean but dusty.

Lazy receptionist, not welcoming (all other staff fantastic)

Dated ,need better beds they felt old and soft..

The beautiful location, right on the lake. Close to Cradle Mountain.

The buffet breakfast. Not good value for money, very poor selection of foods for the money.

It was a very pretty location. The view of the lake was nice.

Everything looked a bit run down or outdated. We prefer a king size bed, but they only had queens and bunk beds. The wi-fi was non existent. It could only be used in the bar area.

Location was beautiful. Having onsite cleaning facilities was helpful.

The shared corridors were a loud place, especially at night with children running about. The bathrooms in our place were tiny, having to move around the door to sit on the toilet. The vegetarian options for food were not tasty and bland.

Location and views. The history of the site oozes from the lodge facility. Basic but we'll presented meals.

Our room did not have fly screens which was not good as many large bugs would come in the room as soon as the sliding door was opened

Fantastic location. Beautiful views, great pub on site with great food. Rooms were big and comfortable. Staff were friendly and accommodating

The room is not very big, but have everything I need. the bathroom looks new updated, very clean. outside the hotel, the view is beautiful.

The food was very good. The mushroom gravy was terrible. Didn't even taste like mushroom .I spoiled my steak because I poured it all over before tasting.

The staff was far from friendly one particular woman. Bad attitude I asked for coffee with my dinner and they gave it to me ina takeaway cup.

Private bathrooms & clean room

Cold rooms windows had a lot of condensation. Expensive for the location, not the best place to stay for cradle mountain. Would not recommend eating here if you have other options.

Passable

The room we stayed in was among a hallway. The hallway lights stayed on all night and were insanely bright. Had to use a blanked over the doors to block the light. The blinds did little to block any light from windows.

Loved the location. We arrived in the dark, and enjoyed the surprise of our surroundings the next morning. We enjoyed the convenience of the restaurant for a later dinner and for breakfast.

This place is amazing, this is the second time i stay here (first time for leisure) and i was able to enjoy what the hotel has to offer, the lake view, great landscapes, an amazing area to chill. The rooms were very spacious, comfortable and full of character.The lakeside lodge has a restaurant with great food, so no need to leave to find a meal.

Noise carries into the rooms from the corridor however we were lucky that guests were respectful to each other in this regard.

Location, staff service, and the cleanliness.

Sound isolation not that perfect, and unfortunately i had a noisy neighbor.

Generally live the west coast

stayed in the standard rooms, just inside the main door, and was woken up for hours by people coming and going. walls really are paper thin.

Loved the view & amazing service at the lodge just fantastic & caters for the numbers. We even saw a platypus in the lake, just incredible

Didn't not like anything
