Close to Tamar wetlands.

Parking was further away than expected because the adjoining pub was busy

Nice clean, renovated rooms. 10%discount at the restaurant as a house guest. Good food and drinks. Nice staff

Water pressure in shower was very poor

Comfortable bed and nice view over the water from room.

Very small room - pretty cramped.

No remote for the tv had to go and asked for one and air conditioning makes a noise

Bar manager sue was very rude and was being disrespectful to customers and power tripping

One staff member named sue was a power tripper she does not know her rsa rules even the local drinkers said she was like this all the time

No fan in the bathroom - window needed to be kept open.

Location was good, room was lovely and newly renovated.

We stayed two nights as we had a wedding, and three times I checked if we had left the windows open during the night, road noise was very loud.

The beds are super comfortable and bedding is nice and clean. The lady who delivered food to our room was lovely and pleasant as well as the woman who checked us in to our room.

We received hair in one of our meals and what looked to be a piece of plastic in another. Restaurant staff member was very rude and made all guests in my party feel uncomfortable.

Big comfortable bed, clean, bar and restaurant conveniently close.

Looked like Homes West Apartments. Run down,Dirty and dingy

I can hear neighbour talking loudly at night.

The parking was a tad tight

Accommodation is okay and acceptable. We get two complimentary drink and discount of foods.

Some replacement of furniture and curtains/blinds will be great. Just need an overall update. The occupant next to our room were sitting outside smoking and chatting and the smokes get into our room and it lingered in our room until the next morning. Absolutely not their fault, but not sure how can this be avoided for others.

The food, best dinner I have had at a pub. Fresh, well cooked beautifully presented, quickly served and affordable. Staff behind the bar and serving tables were friendly and attentive.

noise from the people staying next door, constant noise at one stage a loud bang, they either slammed into the sec metal box or opened it and slammed it shut. So loud I thought it was a car accident

Easy access .. great bed nice decor

Difficult to find reception. Didn’t like restaurant next to gambling centre.
