The staff were very helpful.

Every thing was good except the chairs were a bit uncomfortable for sitting all evening.

My room was a separate cabin that was very spacious. The bar fridge had a separate freezer so cooler bricks froze solid for next day travel.

A bit noisy with other guests arriving and departing on noisy motorbikes.

After 3 nights in Launceston it was a pleasant stay in a lovely quiet interesting place like Sheffield. Proximity to art works & shops & a convenient distance to Cradle Mountain national park.

The location was excellent, the room was very clean and the staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Location was perfect right in the middle of the town even had some of the lovely murals for which the town is famous on the property Very good meal at the hotel opposite and an excellent bakery close by for breakfast

Very spacious apartment style motel accommodation. Fan of independent Aussie motels in small towns. Location could not be more central as it is in middle of Main St. First floor room with view out side window to mountains was a bonus.

Nothing really - couple of fittings a little tired but I am always impressed that these independent motels keep on running- so no complaints

Stayed in the one bedroom apartment, which supplied a wonderful view of Roland Mountain. Was very comfortable and felt spacious. Staff were wonderful and pleasant. Ideal location and a laundry.

Very authentic old hotel experience. Dinner was good. Room comfortable.

Accommodation great and spacious for 2 adults and 4 children. Staff very helpful. Bit dated, but otherwise good.

Dryer in laundry wasn't fantastic, took too long to dry clothing.

The staff were helpful and directed us to great places for dinner. The room met all our needs and was very accessible. Plenty of spare pillows, tea and biscuits and air-conditioning worked well after a hot day. The town itself was lovely and quiet.

The beds were a little hard.

Rooms are large, there's a living space w family units, toiletries and fresh towels. Great place to stay if you're passing by Sheffield!

The curtains at the top of the bed are too short and the light comes in the morning.

Room had everything one would expect. Plenty of towels, blankets and pillows for all guests. All beds had electric blankets and were comfortable. Towels were plush too!Good location across the road from the Sheffield Hotel (good spot for dinner) and 2 doors away from Bossimi's Cafe (good spot for breakfast and stocking up for a visit to Cradle Mountain).

Insufficient shower gel provided for our travelling group. Shampoo and conditioner were sufficient though so a mistake perhaps. Not a big deal as we had our own shower gel.

Nice and handy to everything. Easy access and staff I dealt with were lovely.

That I had to leave. No, nothing I didn't like. Would certainly stay again.
