location central to all tourist attractions. Staff where very helpful and friendly,they made you feel a part of their community.

Great location. Very clean and comfortable. Easy parking. Minimum interruption from each other. The cabin has everything we needed for the stay. If we could stay longer we won’t hesitate to choose this cabin. Staff were very friendly and greeted us with a big smile.

No hair conditioner was provided. Need to get your own. The sink in the bathroom was blocked.

It was raining and there were no mats inside to wipe feet. Not enough power points. No hooks in bathroom of cabin

Nice and very tidy campsite! Our „apartment“ contained all necessities and everything on the campsite was easy to reach. Minor issues were solved immediately to our full satisfaction. We felt very welcome. Thank you!

Exceptional

My experience with booking.com was very bad. The staff at the caravan park gave me an upgrade because booking. Com sold me a shed - not a cabin as shown in the picture. The caravan park staff were fantastic. I have deleted my booking.com app.

We stay in MTB bunkhouse. Common toilets and kitchen are all very clean. Washing machines and clothes lines are available to be used. Staff and guests are all friendly. We shall stay there again. Thank you, Big 4!

Locked individual bathroom facilities. Some caravan parks aren't locked and are shared. Very clean. Kitchen facilities were plenty and clean.

Struggled a little with no window in the bunkhouse, but I was aware of it. Would stay there again though.

The amazing atmosphere for my kids they love all the things to do. I love pets are welcome makes the stay that much better seeing different animals

The small room we had an older room and have previously had one of the new family cabins and they were the perfect size

The space was very comfortable and clean it was good meeting other residence there. The staff were very accommodating and fixed the air conditioning promptly

a little noisy ...but considering it was a family orientated accommodation it was acceptable and all was quiet by 9.30pm

Dog friendly, which is nice for most but watch out for rogue dog poo everywhere! But of a bummer, with little kids running around everywhere.

Although the cabin was nice and very clean, the wifi was extremely poor, and because it was Christmas time the park was very busy. Lots of screaming children…constantly. I know this will happen wherever we go, but it was constant. Wifi is important to us so disappointed that we couldn’t access it very much

I think the shipping containers should have windows and 163 is a high tariff

We got a bunk house, had 2 beds, comfortable and fairly clean room. However had no windows so the air inside was quite stuffy. The room smelt like a smoke but has fire pit next to it unsure if that’s why. The toilets were clean. Very simple room, lacks amenities but good enough to just rest overnight and worth it for its price.

We have nothing but praise for the BIG4 St Helens.Our three night stay including Christmas Day was exceptional! Our immediate family stayed as well and the grandchildren spent all their time playing in the well appointed play area that caters for all ages.It was the little things that made the stay more inclusive with Santa giving lollies and icy poles on a hot afternoon, scavenger hunt to win a holiday. Everyone adhered to the quiet time policy which was lovely, even including the dogs (Hahaha)The Park was exceptionally clean/tidy.Thank you BIG4 St Helens ?

Great backpackers accommodation.Lovely facilities outside the room. Very well set up.

Light over bed didn't work.Leaked during rain ...TV remote didn't work.Batteries in remote were corrosive.Musty smell...hence the leak.Dirty cleaning rag left in cupboard .
