Check in procedures are too tedious, already paid room rate through booking.com and completed pre-arrival online check in too, after arriving at the property, I showed the passport of my wife and used my personal credit card for guarantee, I was requested to show my passport which for security reason was hidden in my waist belt, I was forced to retrieve it out, couldn't see the necessary and un-reasonable duplicated check in procedures. I do strongly suggest it should be done in a more efficient and effective way.

Very friendly staff, clean facility. Nice restaurant for coffee, pastry and dinner attached.

It is a bit of an uphill walk up from the central downtown area. Might be an issue for those with mobility problems. That said, it wasn't that far from central Queenstown.

Parking big issue.Restaurant needs their menu tweaked. Not an exciting menu lucky there was pizzas to choose which were really nice. Was there for a few nights was happy to eat there but ended up going into town. Very inconsistent with barista made coffee they weren't the best.

Parking full. Took an hour to find street parking. I would not return for this reason.

We liked the proximity to the lake and walking trails through the parks and gardens. Nice outdoor bar with pizza freshly made daily at the hotel It was conveniently located to a bus stop to the airport. Rooms were cleaned daily.

Queenstown is an expensive city for accommodation. I have never paid this much for a hotel before and it wasn't really a luxury hotel, however I was happy to actually find accommodation.

Good location just a short walk to downtown. Small self contained studio with kitchen, washing machine and drier.

Windows did not open, no balcony.

Loved the clean fresh vibe. Everything just works well and the view from the Lakeview rooms are amazing.

Stayed 5 nights. No change of bed linen Cleaning done but not on a daily basis

Well equipped room. Parking on site( remember to book). Pizza restaurant on site. Washing facilities in the room.

Nothing really to fault. Make sure you book a carpark as parking can be tricky and difficult to find. Unfortunately the cross bracing to make earthquake safe can impede your view in some rooms.

Location is quite convenient. Only several minutes walking to either Bay Area or 4 Square supermarket. Splendid lake view out of the room window.

In the bath room, dry and wet area separation is only relying on shower curtain. But no mat was provided to step on after shower.

Loved having a view of the lake. Comfortable room and friendly staff.
