Staff Came into room without notice to clean. Was very awkward. Posting states view of mountains, there was no view just other buildings. After cleaning did not supply more toilet paper. Rolled clothes that I had on bed into sheets when they made it.

Great location to central Queenstown. Clean and comfortable, easy parking. Could walk everywhere. Helpful staff. Comfortable apartment and a beautiful view.

No breakfast was provided. The location was good apart from being on top of a long hill. The shower was really good.

Although the main room looked clean the floors in the room and in the bathroom were very grubby.

I enjoyed my stay here so much! The staff was so nice and helpful, they let me check in earlier. The apartament was big and comfortable. The location is so perfect and the views are insane. Highly recommend it!

Great size room and everything that we needed. Clean and comfortable. Close to centre.

Parking was a bit tight but not too much of a problem.

The view from my room of the lake and town centre were great, enough pillows and towels were provided, although all used towels could have been changed daily and bath towels were on the small side. Staff were ok to deal with, but could have let us know that we could use the swimming pool in the motel next door, without us having to ask if this was possible.

Was not impressed by = the toilet base rocked on the floor - needs a new toilet, the vanity tap moved every time you touched it, the toilet roll holder moved on the wall each time used, the mould on the shower door & where the shower wall met the shower floor, the slippery shower floor, the lack of room to move in the bathroom, shampoo & conditioner were provided & combined in 3 small sachets (but did get replaced if you used them), the very small rubbish bin in the lounge, no air conditioning = way too hot in the room without aircon, only 2 coathangers in the wardrobe, not great exterior stairs for getting to the room - some of the non slip coverings were lifting, dining table chairs were very hard & not comfortable to sit on, the bed was made up of 2 single beds moved together and a topper should have been included so you didn't feel the ridges from both mattresses in the centre of the bed, was disappointing.

The location was brilliant

It was not clean. There were socks under the bed from other people who had stayed in the room prior. Hair in the bathroom that wasn’t ours - actually very gross. Would have expected way better considering the price. Won’t be staying again.

Clean and comfortable

Bedroom had limited space. Lots of weird noises during late afternoon.

Proximity to town

Nowhere to wash dishes. I am not going to wash them in the basin where you wash your hands etc. the kettle didn’t fit under the tap to fill with water. Third world conditions

Whole apartment very tired and not 100^ clean. Dirt on vinyl flooring in kitchen, bathroom needs mouldy seals replaced. Bed ok but quite hard and pillows old and lumpy.

Great location with parking, comfortable and had everything we needed.

Needed more attention to detail with cleaning. The glasses in the cupboard weren’t clean, and we found a hair clip and used dental floss in the bedroom when we checked in.

Great location. It was convenient to walk everywhere. The room was clean, shower was great.

I didn't like the room I was given, it felt isolated and as I was on my own, I didn't feel safe. I was right down the back of the property, downstairs from the carpark.

It was close to the centre and can easily walk there.

It was strange that the hallway door doesn't fully open and it was against the bed.

Beds were comfy & location is excellent

There was an odd smell coming from the bathroom. Definitely needs updating. Worn out sofa & dining chairs

Location was good

Rooms not made up each day, towels offered to be changed, extra room was tiny, no fan in shower, internet did not work or extremely slow. Paid extra for apartment but additional room was tiny, had to use tap in bathroom but kettle did not fit under tap. Bathroom renovated but the rest very tired. Cups, plates and glasses on stool and no washig up other than bathroom

The cleanliness of the ensuite. I did ask reception to give it a decent clean but there was still mildew on show ceiling and round windows with dirty skirting boards. It was a pity because otherwise our stay was good.

It was a great location to the centre of town. Had everything needed for a comfortable stay could cook a meal if required. Was warm and comfortable

No fans unfortunately room whilst fantastically warm wasn't able to circulate the air.
