Pros +
- The location was a short walk to town, but also in a quiet section.
- Good location, easy walk into the town centre. We were allowed early check in and we were able to park on site. Reception staff friendly.
- Location! Friendly Staff, very good parking.
Cons -
- For the price of 499 per night I was disappointed about the smell in the unit. The bathroom had a very bad smell coming from it that we had to close the door for it to stop wafting in. The bathroom door was also hard to keep closed as it kept sliding open.
- Shared bathrooms were not very clean (but passable) but was nice to have shower gel/shampoo in the shower cubicles.
- Dated Bathroom

Location! Friendly Staff, very good parking.
Dated Bathroom
Location and bedding.
Shower was leaking and ventilation was poor. There room above was very noisy, all through the night. There was no toaster or air-conditioner, which was included in the description when booking.Car park was not near room and gif someone with a disability, this was not ideal. The carpark was also very difficult to access and we did not feel safe leaving our vehicle in the allocated position.
Perfect location, parking included, lovely staff, nice room, balcony
My room on the top floor creaked so much and made loud bangs made it very difficult to sleep at night
Good location and good value for money in Queenstown
Its a bit basic
Location
When we arrived we had to wait 30 minutes to check in. We we got to our room it looked like the place hadn’t really been cleaned. There was lots of hair in the shower, a dirty bath mat and the bathroom roof was disgusting. We called and complained and it took a further 2 hours to get someone back to clean it.
Great location, easy to walk to town, and room was good for the price.
Nothing really, it would have been great to have parking outside the room, but I understand this is difficult in the area:)
Good location
Bathrooms were filthy rooms were outdated and need renovation
Location, kitchen, staff, bed,
Toilets got a bit dirty. Some noisy people drinking in the kitchen
Location was good for my needs at the time. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Bed was comfortable. OK self-catering facilities.
Very basic room with very few appointments of any sort. My room was right next to bathroom and toilet so noisy. No tea/coffee etc provided, but was supplied on request.
Location, outdoor spaces and open space
Cleanliness in the bathrooms was consistently quite poor. Bathmats were always filthy and rarely replaced, showers had issues and leaked.
It was a good location
No fault if accommodation but alot of people don't respect others in the hallways walking heavy footed opening closing doors alot. Maybe pick your shower towels up to dry a bit for next person
The room was extremely clean, and the facilities were very clean as well, including the shared kitchen. There was also convenient way to do laundry and collect any sundries. The view from our room was also spectacular.
There wasn’t a place to plug in the kettle on the table
I was greeted by nice staff and had a friendly welcome. The place is in a good location, conveniently placed close to a grocery store and not too far away from shops.
With three rooms full of 6 bunk beds we shared one toilet and one shower. The living room was tiny and the kitchen didn't provide a lot of space either. There was mould in the bathroom. The curtains were hanging loosely which didn't provide for a lot of darkness in the rooms. Not cheap either.
Not much. Advertised as hotel but was more like a hostel.
Terrible parking. Small rooms. Tiny shower. Not even a bedside table in our room
Dinner area is good but no cleaning up the rubbish bin
No follow- up change the bed sheets, towels, cleaning bathrooms and filling up shampoo and shower cream
Close to town, very comfortable, staff were lovely!
Parking was a bit tight, had to awkwardly park our car sideways on a slope.
Nicely located cabins, very clean and comfortable room and bathroom, great location
Good room ... clean tidy
Tv no access to wifi to cast and limited access to channels available other places stayed. Noisy internal doors ... consider soft closing hydraulic arms for noise reduction and safety for little people fingers
