    • I LOVED my stay here! It was luxurious and I really enjoyed the outdoor hot tub. The room definitely exceeded my expectations (as did the view, oh my!), and the staff were incredibly friendly. Just wonderful at every level! Will definitely return.
    • Location was reasonably close to the town of Queenstown
    • Easy access to town center. Very clean and fairly quiet. The staff was very friendly. The rooms were spacious and had good amenities. Would definitely stay here again.

    Cons -

    • Reserved 2 rooms and got the two worst rooms in the hotel.....a view directly into a concrete wall with the hotel front door loading and unloading ten feet below. Horrible....would never come to this hotel again. Way over-rated!
    • Slower wifi. P
    • New heating system wasn't working well

The location was handy to bustling Queenstown, an easy walk to access the lakefront and all of the activity but just far enough away to be quiet. The staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. The amenity was excellent; well appointed and comfortable. Lovely lake and mountain view from the restaurant and bar.Our garden suite room was large and comfortable with a good coffee machine, excellent lounge and terrace space and decent bathroom.

Low ceilings and being on the ground floor meant the room was dark. We chose not to pay extra for a lake view…so shouldn’t complain. The in-house restaurant food was only fair but good wine list.In house breakfast handy but pretty standard. Barista made coffee, however was great!

    great hotel, big room

I got a room with a view to the driveway...not much a view (I don't remember I could choose which view when I did the reservation)

A truly exceptional hotel! Everything from location, facilities through staff and great food! We had two bedroom apartment for our family and we loved it. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this place and I hope I can go back again one day!

    Nothing - all was great!

Lovely comfortable room. Fabulous greeting on arrival. The views from the bar were amazing. Location was perfect, a short walk to the centre of town. A storm knocked out the internet so we had no wifi or TV but we were given a complimentary breakfast which more than made up for it!

    Needed more coffee pods

Comfortable. Good breakfast.Queenstown is amo for a 3 / 4 day family stay ! Lovely downtown. Lovely restaurant and Francisco Pintado the concierge is very very good

When we arrebites there was no internet. There is no chargers/ plug on the side of the bed to charge the phone. I resquested a large XLCar to take my family to the airport and a small car came.A bit too expensive for what it offers but understood that there is no much offer

View spectacular from room & restaurant

Wifi & tv went down in a storm- no proper contingency planned.Restaurant closed too early & often not enough availability as 2nd dining room closed. Only seats available for dinner were at the bar.View from hot tub could be improved!!

The facilities were lovely and our room was nice a big with an ok view.

Although parking was pre booked, the staff could not accommodate my vehicle so we had to drive around to find a parking space.

Great room, friendly staff, good food.

Signage from the street into the parking garage.

    Good location and friendly staff

    No ac, terrible housekeeping

    7AlisonPosted on: 12-17-2025

    Good breakfast

I thought it was expensive for a room looking out over the back.

    5RenaPosted on: 12-14-2025

Nothing very likeable. I guess it was reasonably clean and not too far from from town centre

Window with lake view is tiny tiny- the size of a bathroom toilet. Not the sweeping views your would expect. Paying extra felt like a quite a rip off. Room is dark and has stairs (see picture) . But no one helps with luggage.I didn’t think the service was all that warm or accommodating. Just passable and much left to be desired.

    10AndrejPosted on: 12-14-2025

Well furnished room, all amenities you need for the perfect stay, and the hotel staff is very attentive. Buffet breakfast is superb!

    10MelaniePosted on: 12-13-2025

The view of the lake and the Remarkables was beautiful. Close enough to the town centre to walk everywhere.

    10LesleyPosted on: 12-9-2025

Friendly staff, great views and central location. Quiet and comfortable.

    10NaphatpishaPosted on: 12-3-2025

The location was excellent. Our room had a beautiful lake view, and the Alpine two-bedroom unit was much bigger than I expected for the price — it was incredibly good value. There was also a spacious living room and a fully equipped kitchen, which made the stay even more convenient and comfortable.

Nothing at all. This hotel is truly ideal for staying the night before an early flight — everything was convenient, comfortable, and made the whole travel experience much easier. I honestly couldn’t find anything to complain about. If I travel here again, I would definitely choose to stay at this hotel without hesitation.

    6TomlinsonPosted on: 12-2-2025

    Beds were comfy

We had a garden room on the first floor and the lawns were not mowed, hedges needed trimming - for 5 nights 6 days this should have been done. The staff in the bar area need to concentrate on orders as we had two missed and had to ask again.
