Room was large and spacious: king bed, separate sitting area and a desk to work on. Loved that two of the walls were lined with windows that revealed a great view and let in lots of light. The location was also perfect too, so close to town. Free Wifi!

Very spacious room, excellent breakfast & most helpful staff. Hotel is very close to downtown but is somewhat uphill from town so persons with mobility issues may have difficulty.

Great Location. Extremely helpful staff. Good breakfasts. Allowed late checkout.Good value for the price. Large rooms. Private balconies. We stayed three nights total (not continuously). It felt like home to us.

Really loved this accommodation- great location- close to centre- very comfortable, lovely style. Breakfast was a real bonus. Staff could not have more helpful. I highly recommend this hotel.

    Good sized room; complimentary minibar

Disappointing for a ‘five star’ hotel. We had a huge room (junior suite) but the shower room was very small; could only just fit a loo, washbasin and shower.Breakfast was mediocre

Delightful and super helpful staff. Clean comfortable room. Free laundry & extras in the room a lovely bonus.

    10VictoriaPosted on: 2-16-2026

Staff was soooooo friendly and helpful. Gave us a better room, offered to store our luggage, great happy hour and breakfast and even dropped off a boxed breakfast for us the day before we had to leave early for a tour. The location was amazing - walk right to the botanical garden and water as well as town, but just OUTSIDE the mad bustle and tourist noise of central Queenstown. LOVED this personal, family run hotel.

Clean & comfortable. Location was close to downtown.

They forgot to inform me that they changed my room before I arrived during non-office hours. I proceeded to go to the original room they sent me and walked in on someone who was staying in there. Couldn’t call emergency number from my US line and had to find someone to use their phone and then had to cancel my dinner reservations because it took so long. They offered no compensation for that.

Nice room on secand floor. No elevator so luggage was tough to move to room.

Poor parking availability, even for a fee.

    10RobertaPosted on: 1-23-2026

Breakfast and happy hour were great. Staff very accommodating.

    10DavidPosted on: 1-20-2026

Location - easy walk to town, gardens, lake, restaurants

    $20/day parking on site

    10CraigPosted on: 1-9-2026

The room decorations were particularly lively and comfortable. The happy hour was nice after traveling all day. They also provided complimentary beverages

We loved it! Its Design and the team make this place very welcoming. The location is also great.

    7AdamPosted on: 1-8-2026

Location is great! Really helpful and friendly staff.

It feels like a cheaply built and cheaply appointed building covered with a coat of trendy paint and some nice throw pillows. It was trying to be something it is not.

    5DesmaPosted on: 1-5-2026

Location, bedroom was a comfortable size, guest lounge pleasant.

The bathroom was very small and in poor condition. The choice of ‘inclusive’ breakfast options was limited and low fat ‘trim’ milk not available.

    10MargaretPosted on: 1-3-2026

Great service, amazing location, cute decor, plenty of space and comfy bed

Nothing materially - the hotel is on the older side by they’re doing a good job maintaining it!

    9MengyaoPosted on: 1-3-2026

Highly recommend this hotel. The room is clean. Cars are allowed to park at a cost in the hotel area and just registered on site. Very close to the town center.

The room is not very soundproof and it‘s a bit awkward hearing the next door.
