Location, helpful friendly staff, price

The apartment is spacious, clean, comfortable and is in close proximity to the Queenstown Gardens and the Town Center. The studio type room has everything we need for a 5-day stay. It was a pleasant stay in Wakatipu View Apartment.

Excellent location, clean & neat rooms, reasonable tariff.

The room met my expectations. Great value

Location wise it is easily accessible to the city. Most facilities are there- washing machine, kitchenette

Need to give more soap

Room was warm and cosy, beds were great as was bathroom facilities. Funky cups for tea etc, great staff.

This is not a complaint, I was hoping that there would be like a wee oven or airfryer in the room and extra pillows. Apart from that it was great.

A great unit with all the amenities for a comfortable stay. We had great communication with the host before and during our stay. Very detailed information regarding check in. A super location to the downtown and to access public transit.

I liked the convenience of the property as well as the dedicated parking spot. All the electronics worked fine and the host was very welcoming and gave clear instructions. I didn’t use the washing machine but it was handy for them to provide one in the unit.

I would’ve appreciated higher water pressure in the shower as it was quite low and hard to get used to. The toilet paper was also on the thinner side, for the price we paid that was a bit disappointing.

Location, basic but had all that I needed, cleanliness, balcony and view, washing machine facilities

No instructions sent to me to access the key box so had to call the accomodation. No fan in bathroom, water pressure, no secure locking on door, could do with a few more hooks in the bathroom, the handle of the bathroom window screw was missing so hard to pull window shut- might want to look into that.

We received instructions by email to access apartment using key code, only to discover a person's bag inside! No concierge which wasn't evident on booking, but makes economic sense.After a P/c, it was realized I was given access to the wrong unit. Felt relief that I still had a booking at that late stage of the day.Great location, parking onsite bit of a squeeze for big vehicles.Didn't use kitchen but well appointed with utensils etc.My single bed had broken castor, and tipped when I moved until we propped it up with cushions, which caused much merriment!

overall plenty of room in this studio type apartment with a good queen sized bed, proper sofa and armchair as well. Also has a washing machine which is useful. A short walk into the middle of Queenstown and to the Gardens as well. The downstairs units get a taste of the amazing view but upstairs would be more spectacular. Plus has bonus of an outdoor space to sit with chairs and a small table.

a few small niggles only. The shower pressure was a bit light on. Self caterers might find the single induction plate a challenge for cooking and there was no can opener amongst the utensils.

The appartment is quiet as well as cosy and is situated quite near to Queenstown centre.

There is nothing, based on our requirements, that we did not like.

Bad

This property is very run down and would not pass health and safety or council regulations. I would not recommend this property. It was not cheap to stay here either.

Easy to find and good location

terrible that people who walked past the bathroom windows, which are right on the driveway, could see people inside when the lights were one and were cat calling me while I used the bathroom. The windows need blinds at least.Furnishing is very tired and dated

Neat apartment in a great location. Washing machine and big fridge were nice. Comfortable for a longer stay.

Fortunately we have a small car as parking is very tight. Larger cars should check first or perhaps street park.

It was an extremely hot day, maybe a fan or aircon would have been nice but very small issue

It did what it said on the tin.Everything worked and was ok.The property was comfortable, and the location was great.

The property was a bit “tired” and there was low water pressure in the shower.

Great location, walking distance to CBD/Waterfront. Comfy studio apartment. Washing machine useful post tramping.

Beds slight soft for our liking, but that's very much personal preference. Nowhere to recycle.

Location was great, the apartment was clean and adequate, there was car parking which is a bonus. Pillows comfy

No air conditioning/heat pump, being a top story apartment it was really hot to sleep in. While it did have a fan, this did not cut the mustard. The bed was comfortable however a double bed is too small for a couple, there was a single, so my husband slept there (we are normal size people). Parking is really tricky to navigate but appreciated having a park. Shower was adequate but water pressure not great. No decent mirror, only a very small one above sink for face.
