Amazing kitchen and Lounge areas, great locker and a lot of privacy on the pods!

Being a hot summer night, the room was a little bit too hot. The bathroom was spotless at check-in, but would need an extra clean along the day.

The free veggie soup is great. Good location. Parking. Comfortable beds.

Breakfast depletes really quickly.

Location is convenient which is why we booked it. WIFI is good.

We booked non-refundable bed which was shared with six people. The description of the booking was not clear. It feels deceiving. The manager refused to refund the two other nights after we checked out early. They were able to sell it to someone else.

Clean & friendly staff

Efficient check in, friendly staff, I was only there a very short night so did not get to use the facilities or meet others in my room, but I can recommend location. Had the 4 bed with kitchen and patio and it was a really cool set up.

This is fantastic accomodation on a budget. I opted for the 4-pod room (they call it the 'Penthouse') which has its own kitchenette and balcony. I wondered how I would get on with having other people in the room but we didn't hear a thing from each other once the curtains were across. The bed was comfortable. It is the type of place that attracts mature (not old, just mature) solo travellers who are on a budget but don't want to stay in a hostel. All 4 of us were very happy with the accomodation. The communal kitchen was also great and very clean. It was smack bang in the middle of Queenstown too, and has a lovely view from our room.

The staff were really nice and friendly. I did the kepler track and they offered to keep anything while i was away which was really useful. The location was great and quite. Beds were comfyLots of hooks and big locker in rooms

The showers were not great. I tried a couple of different ones and couldn't get water a consistent temperature. Would keep going from extremely hot to cold. The bunks were not quite high enough between them, i had to slump while sitting to not bang my head

Place was amazing compared to other hostels. 4 huge beds. (Maybe kings) kitchen and fridge in the room. Big outside area. And that was just the room. Hostel has other loungerooms and outside areas. Awesome view of town, mtns and can see the lake a bit. Has its own parking lot for good price

Shower I used needs some work, went hot and cold alot. Thats it.

The location of the hostel is perfect. The room and beds were great. It was very spacious and the bathrooms and kitchens were very nice. I had only been at a hostel once before and this was closer to being a hotel than a hostel. If more hostels were like this one I could become to a backpacker.

Very clean and extremely comfortable beds with plug sockets in each bed. Fantastic location!

The facilities were nice and clean.

My little, labeled, unopened bottle of milk was stolen from the communal fridge, just a few hours after I'd put it in. The staff were not on duty at 9.30am and the luggage cupboard was left unlocked, which didn't feel secure.

I liked everything

It’s close to everything. The staff at the reception was warm. Good vibe in the common area. The kitchen is clean and has plenty of appliances to use. The interior was clean and the decorations were beautiful.

I generally like this place. Just if you have very heavy suitcases, you will need to take it upstairs.

Only stayed 1 night; perfect for our needs. Fairly central. Clean. Very comfortable bed (we booked a double). Helpful staff. Stored our luggage for no charge while we went on a hike. Friendly guests in the shared area.
