The location is a short walk to restaurants and shopping. We had a partial lake view. The washer and dryer worked great.

Great apartment walking distance to city, bus, and amenities

Needed new carpet and new curtains, otherwise nice apartment inside. Our one only had views of other apartments. Not garden like! I also expected ground floor not lots of stairs although described as split level.

Fantastic amenities, I upgraded last minute to a balcony apartment and the views were fantastic. All nicely clean and a the bed very comfortable.

No AC in the bedroom and the doors had lots of scratches.

No housekeeping during Xmas and new year , however the front desk can accommodate with fresh towels and linen

The location was great.

It is aged, no air condition at all, not even at the bedrooms. The rooms needs a freshen up including the carpet and certainly the mattresses which were atrocious. Certainly, for the price we paid we deserved a better facility.

Views, location and comfortable bed were amazing! The apartment was spacious and close to the lake and nice cafe and eating district.

Having to carry my luggage up the steps to the apartment. The apartment could have done with a bigger couch. It was a bit cramped for three of us.

Within walking distance of Queenstown restaurants and city center activities.

Shower door setup is weird. We were close to the Main Street so it was noisy. Parking is extremely tight!

I loved the location of the property. Very close to town.

The apartment needs a bit of a face lift, furniture a bit shabby. I expected lake views but had to go on the deck which was facing a road to look over at the lake so was disappointed with that.

Walking distance from Queenstown downtown. Very easy bus access (#1 to Queenstown Airport).The beds were very comfy!

Parking on site is a bonus.

Cleaning and maintenance is poor. Urine stains down the outside of the toilet. Food stains on the quilt. Food spatters left over kitchen tiles. Carpet is dusty and not vacuumed or time taken to vacuum well. Flashing ceiling light covered in alfoil.This is not a 4 star property. Old furniture that is not clean. A sofa that cannot be sat on.

Close to centre. Quiet.

Very limited, tight parking. No-one answered multiple attempts to contact desk. Stairs to studio very tight and slippery.

Pretty central to heart of Queenstown. Quiet location. Heated towel rails and wall heater in bathroom.

Dinghy outside area of room. Multiple slippery steps which isn't described on website, makes it very hard on those with physical limitations. Limited parking. Limited cleaning. Foodstuffs from previous occupants still in fridge on our arrival. Heater in bathroom was emiting hot motor smell. No safe in room.

Lock box check in

Asked for twin single and got a double bed which appeared to have been slept in. No electric blankets and heat pump barely took the chill off the room by morning when left on over night on 24 degrees heat setting. Wanted to do eftpos payment but unable to do so when they were messaged.

If you want a location out of the traffic area, it is suitable for you. The place is near the town center but will not inconvenience you when you go back to the airport.

Couch was uncomfortable to sit on. Kitchen had only 3 bowls, 3 plates, 3 knives so had to run dishwasher daily. Cutting knives were not sharp. Hard to cook own meals

Location was great. Room was ok, dark downstairs but it was the cheaper option.
