close to town
The soundproofing in the room is extremely poor — you can clearly hear footsteps from upstairs, and even people going up and down the stairs. The facilities are old and run-down, and the whole place has a somewhat depressing atmosphere. If you only need somewhere to lie down and don’t care about anything else, it might be an option.
Location
Uncomfortable mattress, unclean toilets and showers
Location was good, affordable compared toOther accommodation
Bunk bed was very squeaky, needs securing to wall.
Very memorable in a bad...
Filthy place . Room was not cleaned after the last people . Fridges full of food dating back to january …
Great location right in downtown, bars and restaurants are within walking distance. Staff are always friendly and helpful! Fast wifi!
Place a little bit rundown and could definitely use upgrade. It's not clean though.
The location was so close to everything. From the hostel it was less than 5 minute walk into town and the attractions were also very accessible from the hostel. Also the staff were incredibly helpful and did what they could to help with any problems you had. Shout out to Neil for helping me with a cancellation problem that I had. He was very helpful and allowed me to use the hostels phone to call the company I had to resolve the problem.
The size of the room we had for two people was very small and cramped, however the beds were very comfortable.
Easy check in, friendly receptionist and well located, would recommend.
Some utilities would need to be improved like dormitory door that is hard to open because key hole is stubborn, other than that overall well maintained
The location which so convenient and the staff which are accommodating with our request
Some guest dont’t follow the 10pm cut off time for noise though it only happens once but would be good if its being followed
I cannot believe how nice they managed to make this hostel look on the pictures. I wish I’d taken pictures of how bad it was.
It was grotty, the whole place smelt like a boot room, feety and musty. There was water running down the inside of the walls. The kitchen was so rank my socks were black when I came back to the bedroom. Everything was greasy and rank. SO overpriced for what it was like.
Very close to town, shopping, booking area and Gondola too.
Room was great, all we needed which was important.
Parking was a bit tight and sketchy, and half the toilets and showers werent open which made it tricky at times.
The kitchen was well equipped, was able to cook a meal in the evening. The beds were comfortable with added privacy with the little curtain.
We were not able to book a family room so had to share with 2 more. But that is not the fault of the hostel.
I loved the backpacker experience, and the central location. The host allowed me to park in front of garages. Young people sleeping on the couch in the kithen, and birds on the table... LOVE IT
the excellent location, its chill about the rules, depends lots of who will be your roommates
The kitchen doesn't smell good at all. Not space in the fridge.
Cheap and very friendly staff
Key I was given for my room wouldn’t lock the door witch lucky was unlocked on arrival this only occurred to me after the reception had closed and noisy guests not abiding by the 10pm noise curfew
The location is just a short walk to the city centre with a good parking for a first come first serve basis.
Not the property, hope people are more considerat with keeping the noise down.
