Liked the aesthetic of the cabins and the lakefront views. Needed something close to airport and this fit the bill. Good price.

I didn’t realize there was no air conditioning in the cabin, I thought I filtered my accommodation search to those that only included air conditioning. So I cracked one of the windows open, but naturally a handful of flies came in thru the night, so had to shut it. I’ve stayed in several accomodations with shared bathrooms before, the bathroom was just a bit further than expected, especially a nuisance when having to use in the middle of the night.

No toilet in rooms, if you needed to go to the toilet you had to walk 50 metres in the dark and freezing cold.

Room and bathroom is clean. Close to town and airport.

A lovely cabin with comfortable beds and everything you might need provided. The kitchen and bathroom facilities were spacious and clean. Nice walks just out through the gate.

The room are comfortable and well-equipped.

It would be perfect if the room provided the simplest microwave and simple plates and knife and fork tools. However, the owner is also happy to provide additional free of charge when needed.

The location, the views and the facilities. Very nice place to relax and bring your family. Very easy communication and check in and check out process.

The heaters being by the front door and in the room the kids were in both exposed therefore wouldn't have them on as the kids would have got burnt. Also jumpy pillow was out of order but guessing that's due to the weather so understandable.

Self contained villas were great. New and modern with great views of the lake. Location easy to access from the airport. Nice and close to the airport. Good supporting facilities such as the communal kitchen and kids play room etc. EV charging assets available which was nice touch.

The reception staff were not particularly friendly or welcoming on arrival, and when assistance was requested during the stay. They were noticeably unenthusiastic to help — definite room for improvement in customer service area. Additionally, this accommodation does not accept American Express payments. Fortunately, the booking partner (booking.com) accepted Amex; otherwise, I would not stay here. Be sure to bring an alternative credit card, for credit card hold at check-in.

Location was paramount!

Wet and slippery floor in kitchen near sinks, early in the morning as we were preparing breakfast. I assume the wet floor was from the families washing dishes the night before. I had to place a tea towel on the floor so I and others wouldn't slip on all the water!

Lovely clean room and facilities

Would be good if they were more eco friendly and dimmed the lights in kitchen and communal areas at night, super bright , no one around and all lights full strength

First, the stunning location and the view from our room are absolutely amazing! Our room is great for me and my sister. All the things we needed were there. From the mini bar to dining wares, towels, tables and chairs to veranda and especially our bed is very comfortable. Just what we expected. The shared kitchen and bathroom are also clean and new. Thank you!The hot tub is also a plus! Gosh, it was an amazing experience relaxing on a hot tub from our big day. The view is also great. Lake front.

Nothing really

Among the four places we stayed in New Zealand, this one truly stood out. Its fantastic lakeside setting offered stunning views of both the lake and the city. We loved the excellent facilities, which kept both the kids and adults happily entertained. Getting to Queenstown's CBD was a breeze with a short drive, convenient bus routes, or even a fun water taxi ride. Plus, the accommodation was impeccably clean and felt brand new.

Cannot recommend this accommodation more highly! It was located in a great spot by the lake, the accommodation was extremely comfortable and we'll set up, and the broader facilities such as games area (table tennis, foosball, hot tubs etc) were a massive bonus.
