Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of NZD 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that there is an additional 2% charge when you pay with a MasterCard or Visa credit card, and 3% charge when using an American Express credit card. Please note that your provided credit card will be processed 72 hours prior to arrival for the full amount of your stay unless a nonrefundable rate is booked, in which case your credit card will be processed immediately. Please ensure the credit card used to make your reservation with, is the credit card you intend your booking payment to be processed to. Changing your method of payment is not an option once your credit card has the accommodations prepayment charged to it.
