Very well appointed and large room, modern, with all amenities. Very clean and super friendly staff!

Lovely two bed apartment furnished to high standard. Comfortable beds and all the facilities needed.

Quite pricey although location near airport and it being Chinese New Year may have been factors.

The location was excellent for us. There was several cafe/restaurants within walking distance.The apartment was clean, comfortable bed and good shower and good WiFi

Nice and comfortable. Super clean and modern. Laundry facilities in unit was very convenient. Close to grocery store and restaurants.

New builds of units next door. Construction noises started early.

The apartment was very clean and well equipped. The reception and housekeeping team was very friendly, helpful and polite. The Nespresso coffee machine was a bonus.

There was a renovation running in the building with the noise of pneumatic hammer/drill. The balcony was right next to the air conditioners and it was not pleasant to spend time there.

Clean, looks quite new as well, great location. Walking distance to airport and shops. Fully self contained Can cook and clean.

The housekeeping didn’t service the room on the 2nd day. Maybe coz I was in the apartment.

Staff are very friendly including the frint desk and cleaners. We check in late at night but the instructions were very clear and accurate. The room is very clean, the bed is very comfortable and w a s really closed to the airport, restaurant, and grocery store.

Excellent, new property close to the airport and easily reached by bus from the airport. We also used the bus (2 min walk from hotel) to get into Queenstown main centre. Clean, modern, well equipped kitchenette area including washing machine. Plenty of hot water. Large comfortable bed with good linen and towels. Staff friendly and helpful. Serviced each day by staff. Excellent location, especially if like to travel and explore by bus or want a good walk into town along the lake. Check out the Sunday Craft market nearby, it was a delight.

Washing machine smelt bad so I put it on a hot wash to sanitize it before use which did the trick.

New excellent facilities, everything worked, shower nice , comfortable sofas and beds. Good layout for two bedroom apartment

The shower pressure was exceptional!

Limited and tight parking. Parking lot adjacent with a construction site. Road construction entering the main roadway.

Street parking with e-bike on car. But all good and felt very safe

Lots of construction around it that kind of makes the views industrial - maybe even steampunk?

Verd clean appartment.The inroom laundry washing maschine (with dryer). Comfy beds. There is a thai massage parlor close by and a supermarket. The view on one site is the impressive remarkables mountain range.

Ecpect some waiting time when arriving early (2.15pm). Expect esrly closing of checking on weekends (5pm). Expect looking to a construction site (with minor noise) depending on your appartment. Expect shortage of parking space (only 10-15 free parking in front, then on public 10nzd cost)

Clean, comfortable beds and laundry facilities. Easy to get to the bus to Queenstown.

There are no staff there after 5 pm which felt off. The staff there were very good and provided lots of information of a variety of things.

The cleanest hotel we've stayed in. The rooms were large and very comfortable with everything you would need. Excellent kitchen facilities. The front desk staff were brilliant. I really liked the location being out of the city centre but with such easy access to a brilliant bus service, it's a lot more relaxed out in Frankton than it is in frantic Queenstown city Centre. The most standout thing about this place was the standard of housekeeping- really next level for day-to-day room servicing. A local tip is that the Silky Otter cinema down the road is brilliant if you just want something easy to do one day with the kids. Super comfortable recliners and loads of fun for a relaxing cinema experience.

Would love a small clothes horse in the room so I don't have to use the dryer but it's such a minor consideration.

We had a fantastic stay at Quest Apartments in Queenstown. The apartment was very clean, spacious, and modern, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The fully equipped kitchen and washing machine were big pluses, and the coffee machine was perfect for starting our mornings.Bathroom had heated bathroom floors and mirrors such a nice touch, especially in the colder weather. Daily housekeeping kept the apartment spotless throughout our stay. It's also walking distance to resturants and shops.Great comfort, great facilities, and an excellent place to stay in Queenstown. Highly recommend!
