The location..central and close to conference for work purposes

I had emailed amity apartment several times requesting clarification of a few things. I had also requested a phone call to discuss or email back. No answer was provided. When I flagged that with them they were very dismissive. Poor customer service.

Package had breakfast, no breakfasts, got 1 day refund only,rooms outdated, half finished repair works to room, double bed has had its share of heavy weights ,lucky for us 2 single beds in another bedroom.Would we use again...no

Central, clean, very comfortable. Has a nice view of the mountains. Staff were friendly and helpful.

A bit pricey but this is probably just Queenstown in Jan. A short but steep hill to walk up but much more gradual incline if you start at the end of Sydney St

Good sized bedroom and living room. Well fitted with heaters for cold weather.

Heated bed had a broken plug. Wifi was unusable, ended up mostly using data.

The property was large and walkable distance to city center & included parking

The bathroom was dated and the rooms had limited wall plug options. The hotel staff were difficult to converse with & I was disappointed at their level of communication relating on an on site incident (our car was hit by a fellow guest causing damage but the hotel did not notify us)

The carpet in the apartment was dirty, the couch very dirty, the floor in the bathroom was sticky

We stayed in a 2 bedroom ground apartment. It was clean and the beds and pillows were comfortable. Good location, short walk into town (down / up hill)

It is VERY basic for the price. Queenstown accomm just seems to be expensive. The apartment was quite dark and the courtyard area was very basic also

Good location with good facilities. The room is quite big for us two with everything clean.

I love the views and location! The spaces had everything you need plus a little more. Love the fact that it has a little kitchen inside, and a communal laundry space downstairs The staff were very accommodating and helpful. We had a slight issue with our room, but they were quick to accommodate us and ensure we were comfortable and satisfied.

One negative thing about the room we stayed in was the bathroom tub was a HUGE step. I practically had to climb into the shower. I’m fairly tall, but it was very very difficult getting out of the shower since it was slippery. I put a towel down and nearly slipped twice ! That wasn’t the only issue we had, but they quickly switched us, and the height was a lot better. If you are older or have difficulty with large step up/downs I would call to make sure the room you stay in has a lower tub.

The Location is absolutely superb. It is very close to the main heart of Queenstown and you can walk there. If you have mobility issues you should know it is up a steep hill so keep that in mind. There is also parking outside the room which is helpful. The area is quiet and very peaceful.

The value for money is ridiculous. The room stunk. It clearly had been used by someone cooking something strong and they should have known this. The rooms are very tired and very old. It needs to be renovated. The price isn't cheap and the rooms are sad. The bath is awful- its like a Shub..

Heating was good, beds were comfy, room was clean, good location.

Bed was very hard, unit was pretty tired and needed to be renovated, no batteries in the TV remote. We were going to do laundry but at $6 per load it was pretty expensive option, waited until the next motel we stayed at where it was free.

This was a return visit after spending a single night here the week prior. A different experience as this time we were in a unit that had been recently renovated. It was much nicer, very new feeling with well-done decor and facilities

Lack of quality (heaters were cheap noisy units)Rooms assigned were not as I had booked (booked/confirmed 2 rooms with 2 x double or queen beds; apartment assigned had 2 rooms 1 x double and 2 x single beds).Parking was awkward (spaces too short for mid-size car and little room to manoeuvre).

The apartment was fairly large. The bed was comfortable and the linens were clean. There was a nice selection of teas and some plunger coffee. The sofa in the living room was comfortable and we appreciated the luggage stand for our larger suitcase.The wifi worked well.There are many restaurants and stores a short walk away.

We didn't stay long enough to write a complete review. However, we arrived about 8pm and there was no one at the reception desk. There was a phone to connect with reception and they had left the keys in the phone box. They wanted us to stop by reception in the morning to complete some paperwork (not sure what they needed), but we had an early flight and could not stay to do that.The cleaner had left the television on which we had to switch off after entering. The apartment and especially the bathroom was in need of a remodel. The bathroom wall had a large chunk of plaster missing. The tub was raised and thus a bit difficult to get into. The sink was cracked and it looked like someone had dropped something heavy in it. There was only a plug for an electric razor in the bathroom, so I had to plug my curling iron in elsewhere. The cleaner that they had used on the bathroom floor left a sticky residue which gave us a poor impression of how well it had been cleaned from the previous guests. The walls seemed thin and we were able to hear the television in the room next door.The apartments were a short walk up a steep hill from the CBD and the i-Site.
