The view from our room was extraordinary. We couldn’t have asked for a more relaxing space after a long journey to Queenstown. The room was quiet and well equipped.

After office hours, we had no way to resolve the issue of cigarette smoke coming from another room on the property.

Cleaners allowing the doors to slam behind them constantly and also taking up valuable parking spaces

Check in and check out was easy. Room was clean and bathroom had the essentials.

The curtains did not block out light very well, so sunlight shining into the room early in the morning affected sleep.

The property was incredibly nice. Good layout and amazing outdoor area with a nice view of the lake.

An uphill walk to reach. Queenstown was very expensive this time of year so there would be limited accommodation that is value for money.

Everything - we were lucky enough to be upgraded to a lake view room and it is honestly the best place we have stayed! Spacious one bed apartment, with all the amenities you could need and the most gorgeous balcony view. Thank you!

It is a bit of a hike up a hill to get to it from town, but that is the case for over 90% of the accommodation in Queenstown so we didn't mind, and is worth it for the view!

Liked everything about the property and the facilities were beautiful. The views were absolutely spectacular.

It was quite a steep walk uphill to get home but also only cost $10 in an Uber if we didn't feel like walking.

Bath tab and good pressures shower. You can watch own Netflix and YouTube in smart TV. Walking distance from town. Very clean and modern

Only problem was parking , we had to park on the street but that’s the only fault we had , otherwise it was great value for money

We arrived on a cloudy rainy day and walked into the apartment with the fire going and soft music playing. It was very inviting.

Comfortable bed. Easy check in/out experience. Able to walk into town (for those with mobility issues it is at the top of a reasonable sized hill)

Not much space for luggage. Dishes were provided which is great but there was no separate sink for washing dishes etc. Overall it was a good stay, we expected more for the price but I think that's just the Queenstown tax.
