Queenstown Motel Apartments

Nice chalets, good location a bit outside from the noisy center of Queenstown, still comfortable walking distance. All good :)

Good location if you are looking for a short walk into the centre. Away from the hustle of the busy town.

A bit dated but that’s all. Clean and comfortable and well equipped for a short stay.

Easy to walk to the water and downtown and it had parking. It had kitchen facilities but we did not need them. Liked the little patio outside our sliding glass door.

Very tired facility. We arrived with no staff so we couldn't rate that very well.

Close proximity ( short walk) into QT. Parking spaces . Lovely staff, clean and well serviced room ( plus towels, daily) Laundry room/ Free use of washing machine when using your own detergent ( bonus as we were a two week stay) , use of tumble dryer at small charge but washing lines at back of property ( have your own pegs though) small seating area at the back of our room. Small kitchen and facilities to prep own food if wanted. TV . Great internet/ Wi fi connection . Lovely views across the lake. Comfortable beds and linen. All facilities as described . Really excellent value for money - would stay again and definitely recommend this motel

Spacious one bedroom apartment with great views. Room we had was back from street and very quiet. Air conditioner worked well. Beds a little soft, but comfortable. Clean and well maintained. Staff very helpful.

Basic for price, but that's Queenstown pricing.

The staff, especially Vishell, were very accommodating and helpful when we needed help.

The one aspect that had me concerned was having to step into the bath to have a shower. I’m having trouble with one of my legs at the moment, so stepping into the bath was a bit of a problem for me.

Clean, spacious room, staff were lively and only a 15 minute walk to town.

Parking your car when it was full no parking bays just park anywhere not enough parking

View from property was great. Balcony was lovely. Nice comfortable room.

Walk back from town is 10-15 mins up hill. Not too bad but something to be aware of. Property also got quite warm in the evenings when there was sun.

Apartment was very clean. Bed was comfortable. Lovely view of the lake from the apartment. Staff were very friendly & obliging. Would definately recommend.

Initially the cleaning fluid was strong but hey it was very clean

Everything was perfect,good location,and good facilities.

Not the staffs fault but someone took our washing out of the paid dryer,and obviously put theirs in it….So had to pay a second time and then sit and wait for our clothes to dry.Maybe install a security camera in the laundry area as a deterrent?

Good location. Short walk into town although at the top of the hill.Clean and comfortable although room could be very hot. Friendly staff and happy to store luggage during my walking treks.Comfortable bed.

There was nothing to dislike

Spacious, well equipped apartment, about 10 mins walk from the town center. It's no frills, but it was clean and comfy - absolutely did the job! The staff at the front desk were also very helpful.

It's on the shabby side, but beyond aesthetics, it was grand.
