Oaks Queenstown Club Suites

The view was incredible. The location to Queenstown was super close. The complimentary shuttle from the Oaks to town was very convenient and the shuttle drivers very friendly.

While we extended our stay by 3 days the 2 days we were unable to use due to AirNZ being unable to safely land at airport were not carried over. There was hair on the floor from the previous occupant. Only one of 6 halogen lights in the kitchen were worki

Our outdoor hot tub did not work, we reported it and facilities didn’t show. we paid a premium for this and we were unable to use it which was disappointing and no follow up call from reception.

Stain on 2nd bedroom ceiling, blind had suffered water damage, hole in main room wall and the sink failed to drain

Good location, closed to the town and airport, also free shuttle bus.The staff were lovely very helpful, we asked for first aid kit out of office hours we were surprised someone came and hand to us.

The view is amazing. Good location on the bus route to CBD, about 20 mins walk to town. Good size room and two bathrooms is fantastic. Staff were lovely and a complimentary shuttle to town was a bonus. Parking easy and safe under the property.

The room clean wasn’t great, changed towels and made beds but that was it - making of beds was not great. Noise on upper floors late at night kept us up. Sink in master bedroom didn’t drain very well and floorboards lifting in kitchen. Probably needs some maintenance.

Great location, spectacular views

In desperate need of a facelift. The room furnishings and decor are so out dated. The TV in the bedroom didn’t work and was from 1991.

The size of the 2 bedroom lake view apartments and the view is 10/10! Highly recommend if you are travelling with a small family. We just loved it

The location of the hotel just outside of Queenstown's downtown was great and at walking distance with direct access to a trail. The room/balcony had a stunning view of the lake, and the room was comfortable and of good size. The staff were super friendly and helpful and made the stay better.

The parking was fine, but the drive into the parking garage was a little tricky.

Great views overlooking the lake and mountains. Easy walk into the heart of Queenstown.

We stayed in a two bedroom apartment. Being our first time in Queenstown we were excited for a weeks stay in a lake view room with a fireplace as shown in the pictures. We were sadly disappointed. Our room did not have a fireplace, but a dusty electric heater.The room was very dirty upon arrival and was not cleaned until we made a complaint even though our room included daily servicing. The bedrooms are very small with no space for suitcases. We had to store them in the lounge area.The wardrobe in the main bedroom was unusable as the bedside table blocked the door from opening. It was also being used as the storage area for a pedestal fan and ironing board. The door to the second bedroom couldn’t be opened properly as one of the beds blocked the door. Pillows need replacing - we each had two pillows that were barely equivalent to one pillow.The thermostat was broken, so we couldn’t control the temperature of the underfloor heating, making it unbearably hot in the unit at night. We had to leave the heating turned off. The vanity sink was broken which they were not aware of. When we let staff know, were told not to lean on it. They did later advise us that this room was being taken out of service once we left for repairs to be completed.The phone was propped up on a stool with cords hanging down which was weird too.It was a very disappointing stay considering that we were told upon booking that they had reserved one of their best units for us. Staff did offer us a 10% discount upon check out, but this was little compensation for a very uncomfortable week.

Apartment was ideal for a family stay with plenty of space. Excellent location and the additional extras of heated floors and electric blankets were a bonus.

View over the lake was lovely, the location was good - a long-ish but do-able walk in to the CBD (15-20 mins). Room heating was nice and effective.

Our room was basically part of a bigger suite that had been locked off - so it lacked soundproofing from the room next door. I could hear everything that was going on. Room facilities were poor, I'm not sure that a kettle and a toaster really cut it these days - a microwave and a coffee-pod machine would have been very helpful. Parking was quite hit and miss, and if you arrived late you may not have gotten a spot. Lastly, the bedroom door had plain glass panels, making it useless for privacy or light-blocking purposes. I kinda expected more than we got, but it did the job.
