Loved the hotel itself—beautiful touches and great location. But the staff really made it shine. They have a happy hour every day where they bring people together and make you feel like a part of a family away from home. Everyone seemed happy, the rooms were great and the service was excellent. Highly recommend.

Everything!! The staff, the room, the breakfast, the happy hour, the location, the free parking- all of the elements were just wonderful. This is one of those unique places that really make you feel like you are on a magical vacation.

Super helpful staff upon arrival and the room was spectacular. Comfortable, clean, well equipped and stocked. We could not have asked for a better final nights stay to close out our wonderful trip to New Zealand.

Fabulous boutique hotel - spacious and comfortable rooms and super friendly staff. They also provided complimentary drinks and canapes in the evenings. Strongly recommend!

We had a really nice stay and the breakfast was cooked to order - very yum! Lovely location, and could walk to everything ☺️ the staff were really nice too. Had a fabulous time in Queenstown!

Location was great, staff were so lovely and helpful. Canapés and drinks were also great and the coffee and tea selection. Skylight in the bathroom was a highlight. Most comfortable bed. Thank you

High price plus would have liked a bath. Speaker in bedroom would be nice. Consider free drinks from bar as alternative to go to lobby.

Great staff, comfortable rooms & fantastic breakfast! Their cooks, Milko, Marv and Mariel, were incredible.The Happy Hour every night was also delightful! And Diego, Jo, Cam & Lu made our stay very memorable. Even met the owner, Ken, who was super gracious!

The level of hospitality from the staff (not just front reception but from those in the kitchen as well) made the stay all the more worth it. The rooms were clean and the beds were so comfortable - one of the best sleeps we have had in a while.

Staff are excellent and a real asset. Enjoyed the drinks and canapés and option for barista coffee in the morning

Maybe some sort of sunscreen blinds instead of a heavy curtain so you can have some privacy without having to darken the whole room
