A very easy walk to town but far enough away to be out of the bustle. A wee glimpse of the lake was nice. Very well appointed kitchen

Only that the carparks were quite narrow. I (passenger) had to get in and out of the car outside the carpark

Clean and plenty of room. Only 15 minute walk into town. Staff extremely friendly and accomodating.

Smoke alarm went off constantly in the middle of one night. Would be nice to have a view of the lake.

Great location! Really good view too. You can see The Remarkables and walk just like ten min to the chairlift. Close to everything. Free parking. A deck!

Staff were only there with 9-3 office hours so never met them. That’s fine but it interfered w our ability to drop our bag with them and pick it up after our great walk.

Parking is easy, staff is friendly, kitchen is well equipped, 10 min walk to the center area, 5 min to a big grocery store, very quiet and scenic area

Nothing, just be aware that it can be a bit hard to carry the big luggages up the stairs

Very convenient location. Walk to center of town. Clean and comfortable accommodation. Had everything we needed. View of the gondola and paragliders was fun to watch from our balcony.

Great well-maintained apartments with all the facilities needed walking distance away from the city centre. We liked it a lot!

The apartment we were staying at had a balcony facing the public stairs, which felt a bit uncomfortable with people walking down the stairs past you sitting on the balcony. Also the trash containers were placed under our balcony, which did not create any discomfort but did not look neat.

We liked the space and the comfort of the apartment. Also great location close to main attractions.Free parking at the facility is a plus.

Located close to the Queenstown airport. Super easy/short walks to town and to the market. Apartment had everything we needed including a washer and washing detergent. Free parking. For the location, we would stay here again.

Place is looking it's age with no updates for a while. Lots of stairs and no lifts so think about this before booking.

The location was amazing, easy walking distance to the main city. Close to bus routes. Super handy location. The view of the gondola was great! The room was spacious and clean and would have been great for a longer stay as well.

The front desk staff wasn't very knowledgeable about the bus routes or things we thought they should know being a tourist town. He was super lovely! But could have done with a bit more insight for anyone staying there. Not a reason to not stay though and we would happily stay again!

The apartment is well situated with an easy 5 minute walk to town. Well equipped, comfortable and very good shower - good pressure and hot.

A little noisy ito traffic from the road and also quite a few "flies" / miggies flew in when we had the veranda doors open - couldn't get rid of them!

Close to the main part of the town. Office staff were friendly. Good facilities in the kitchen.

Stains on one of the pillowcases on our bed, and a long dark hair when I pulled back the covers (I have short hair). The sofa was uncomfortable to sit on. Needed to park in the disabled parking, but couldn't back completely in for the three days we stayed as the big green laundry bags with dirty laundry were piled up in the space. My husband had to move them every time. The noise outside our room was ridiculous. The traffic was heavy consistently and sleeping was difficult. When booking if mobility impaired, request Unit 1 or 2 next to reception, because every other unit has stairs.

No.19.Clean.12min walk to waterfront.Excellent views of Bob's peak, gondolas from the room and balcony.

Stairs.Not enough space to keep luggage in bedroom so it has to be keep in tv room.Expensive but I guess all of Queenstown is expensive.

The room was spacious and for being on a main road rather quiet. I left my pillow at the property and they very happily couriered it me. A very close walk to Queenstown CBD and easy check in.
