The food was terribleI suffered from severe gastroenteritis from the buffet and i spent the worst night of my life staying up the whole night vomitting, bloated and severe diahreaAnd to make it all worse there's no clinic/doctor available at all times and i eas told that he comes st 10 amPlus the nearest pharmacy was in the city of marsa matruh and when i tried to deliver medicine from that pharmacy it took nearly 5 hours

Staff were wonderful. Facilities very good.

Many things were missing in the room. No bath room robes, television was not working and taken ng orders for dinner was primitive

Cozy comfortable suits family, beach very close to the rooms and the restaurant is also close.Good food variety in breakfast and dinner. Excellent environment, palms, garden, swimming pools. Beach has life guards everywhere which makes you feel safe.

A bit far from Alexandria but it really worth it.

The beach is nice and the overall layout of the resort is promising, but that’s about it.

Check-in was very slow and the front desk wasn’t helpful. I asked about the all-inclusive option and was told it doesn’t exist, only to find out later that most guests had it through travel agents. As a direct-paying guest, I got worse service despite paying more. Service overall was overwhelmed and slow, and both rooms I stayed in had a bad odor. Bathroom ventilation didn’t work either, which made it worse. No one explained anything about the facilities, and the experience didn’t reflect the price at all.

The beach was nice, the rocks are a bit unpleasant. Pools are kids friendly, could include water slides for an extra enjoyable experience.

The rooms should be upgraded, the toiletries and comfort facilities should be there. Also the the pillow is very uncomfortable.

The pool was a bit cold coz it wasn’t the season. Could have made it a bit heated.

The food buffet was amazing, variety, cleanliness and taste.

Nothing, maybe because we are out of season, the timings for all activities were too tight or closing very early :)Beach bar needs to have more fresh juices ;)

Cozy and comfortable place, beach is very close to hotel rooms which is near to the restaurant. Food was good as well. Clean rooms and helpful housekeeping. Easy to navigate throughout the place.

A bit expensive.

Everything is great! The staff is friendly and polite. The hotel grounds are well maintained. The grounds are neat and tidy. But the price could be a little less. I was especially surprised that you have to pay extra for playing billiards. Overall, I was satisfied.

There was no any entertainment or activities. Plus even there were common free of charge services across all the hotels,however you were offering it with extra cost like Gym & billiard. Overall it was good experience,however you should take care of those points
