4 Starts Hotel like 6 Starts. Great Hotel. Beautiful view , Great food , quiet, clean !

Very high quality diverse food. Dinners were impressive

It’s the same hotel as Orchid. They took several rooms at the hill and turned into a new name hotel with 15% to 20% price raise. Pictures are absolutely not representing anything. To get to the sea you need a ride, there is no direct access to the shore. Very misleading.

The hotel has a great atmosphere and is in a quiet and beautiful location. The staff are very friendly and helpful. In general it is a relaxing and welcoming place to stay. The snack bar that is open all day is a really nice touch. I also liked that they protect the local cats which are a fixture of the hotel. The check-in and check-out times were flexible and very much appreciated.

The place needs a bit of tlc - the furniture in the room is clean but a bit old.

Nice and quiet

We booked a room from Thursday to Saturday, and after spending the entire day at the beach on Friday , we returned around 18:00 only to find that our room hadn’t been cleaned, no fresh towels, no changed sheets, nothing. We were very disappointed by the lack of basic service, especially considering the length of our stay.

Everything was perfect,It wasn’t my first time there so I knew what to expect.They are my number one in Israel,if not Milo’s Dead sea.

I had asked before arriving if the pool will be open and they assured me it will be.But to my surprise it was closed on the day of my birthday and only open the following day when we were checking out.Vacation spoiled,I had plans for the pool

Large bathroom

Pool was just for speaking feet. The pictures sell something else entirely. They're using the name of a much more exclusive Hotel and putting you in the Orchid on the top row something that is out of much lower level. The floor was cracked

Wonderful hotel , my favorite one in Eilat . This time they upgraded us with a villa with private pool , thanks to the manager Avi! Magical place , quiet , with relaxing views and surroundings , close to the best corral beach

Best value in Eilat.Problem with the staff but they make efforts and it is not critical. It is in general problem in Israel.

Location. Renovated units of Herbert Samuel are excellent.

First and formost - the view and the location were spectacular! Most beautiful sunrise ever!Also, we informed the staff (in booking app) that I am pregnant and wish to have a peacful vacation. When we arrived, Avi the manager took great care of us and gave us the most amazing room.

The dinner was not very vegetarian friendly. Maybe if we have asked the staff they would gave us a vegy meal, but in the main buffet there was no main veg cours.

The villa is amazing, beautifully designed, quiet, feels like heaven

The private pool area wasn't clean when we checked in. It took some time to fix it. Also, the location is not right on the beach as it seems

The room I booked appears to be a private pool but it is actually a shared pool no compensation was offered for the false advertising . The back door of the room was broken also there is no water fridge or coffee maker in the room and when waiting for tuk tuk shuttle service 3 times got locked out of my room and Noone answers reception phone number. All in all the hotel needs alot of work and will not be going again also very disappointed in booking customer service

Great Potential

Absolut lack of Information concerning the fact that due to the situation the facilities like swimming pool f.I. cannot be used and that there will be no service what so ever (towels, cleaning the room, linen were used at our arrival and staff did not take care of it

The property is a magical space that really ensures a feeling of calm and comfort. From the moment of arrival Avi made us feel at home and like special guests. We were taken care of throughout the day. The food was delicious and the staff are very attentive.Our room was a piece of heaven that made our trip completely worth it.Highly recommended!

Exceptional service by the staff,everything was out if this world.Its my second time here and they made my staycation amazing.Avi the manager upgraded my room to a villa because I needed a pool ? but its currently closed because of the war.They called each time to check if i needed anything.I will be coming back soon.You guys are best…and your food is 10 out 10 as well ❤️

My room,I expected magic ? not just a basic room for 3,492 shekels for 2nights… expected more than that for the amount.I wish they could do breakfast in the room for someone who doesn’t wish to go down the hill.Lifeguard was a bit rude to me?

Despite some confusion at the beginning of our stay, the staff was very helpful in trying to identify our room and in the end we also received a dinner for free as compensation.An aquarium is right in front of the hotel, so one morning with kids can be easily done close to the hotel. With the bus, you can also get easily to the dolphin beach (highly recommended). But with the bus you have to buy and charge the local card system First or have an israeli mobile number.The breakfast was excellent and dinner selection as well. Still the other guests were kind of used to load their table to the fullest and have more than half thrown away. That’s even in this facility where you would expect more respectful behaviour.The staff was mostly super nice, just one younger guy tried was pretty much talking down to us probably because we didn’t speak israeli.Overall still an amazing facility.

First of all, we had booked a shangri-la, but basically the only difference to the Orchid was the room and a free snack option. I guess we could have saved some money booking with orchid instead.Second, the cats that came to the terasse of the restaurant to beg for food were a bit of a nuisance.

The property has some good kind hearted staff.

The facility was very disappointing. I sent an email to them and they didn’t reply to me. I paid more than 700 dollars just for a weekend and it was very bad! The room was not clean. No shower was working properly or cold water during this heat period. I was involved with all kind of people who did drugs and family with kids were shouting everywhere and at everyone. Was not for what i paid. I even got almost hit by one of their golfcars which suppose to help people bring them to their room. I don’t think some of them have a license even. I asked for an answer because i paid alot of money for not such a nice stay.

unfriendly staff , service was terrible , couch in our room was dirty, you need to be able to walk uphill easily to go to your room
