Americana Eilat Hotel

The staff is nice and the swimming pool is not too big

The room isn't clean the elevator is dirty all the time. There aren't any public showers and the public toilet was locked.

location is great. Parking was fully booked so it was a challengingfront desk was always smiling but did not solve any of our requests

room was basic. nothing more. didn't fix the beds for the kids until we asked. no extra blankets or towels. needed to ask again. asked to check out late (+2 hours). did not comply. not even with extra paypool was so dirty although cleaning was attempted. dirt, cockroaches in it. no bread was located in the breakfast. other options were very basic with comparing to other Eilat hotel in the same price range. we stayed in the hotel before, but this round was probably the last time

unfortunately the room was not cleaned well.there was an unpleasant smell in the room - it was immediately clear that the room had not been aired for a long time.the air conditioner didn't turn on either.

The room was clean and the location was very close to everything in Eilat

I had bedbugs in the bed, the walls are paper thin and I could hear people walking in the hallway, the breakfast was subpar and the hotel lacked in facilities

The only good thing is a location.

The rooms in bad shape and dirty.The pool oppens half an hour later and closes fifteen minutes before the time.Dining room is small relatively to amount of guests and its couses poor managed waiting lines

Rooms after overhaul, evry thing is new and in good shape.sound isolation is ok if you get quiet neighbors that doesn't sit outside, otherwise it will be a noisy stay.

The pool hours is 10:00 till 18:00.

Air cond was working good although had to guess the display coz it malfunctioned. Good water pressure and hot. Good location to beach and shopping.

Dirty room, relatively clean toilet but also dirty floor and suspicious bathtub. The bed matress was old but provided good sleep. The hotel is under massive renovation and it was not pleasant. Parking places are scarce in the very limited free parking of the hotel. It was in such a poor condition that I was afraid to leave my car there. Staff not welcoming and make a lot of noise early morning. Not to mention the door slamming.

What you pay is what you get. But for us location ,staff and service was very good.

Great value for money. Motel style. Comfy beds. Poor vent in the bathroom. Good breakfast, Good Wifi. Good location.

The location, the staff and the room

The public area is not clean. Guess left garbage on the tables around the pool and ignore the gabage bukets.It is realy disgasting

I recommend it, if you're looking for simple, clean, safe pleasant staff. But you must ask for a room in the 200's or 300's that's the best place to stay. By the pool is not nice. Great value.

Noisy, I had young people very excited and screaming during the night. Before they went to the pub and after.

Breakfast was good.

The person in the entrance was not nice. In the reception they were wonderful.

Cheap but has most facilities one could need when visiting Eilat. The pool and courtyard area is nice and it is only a walk away from the Promenade, shops and beaches.

It's a 3 star hotel, closer to a hostel than a hotel. Rooms are very basic, furniture and bathrooms need to be redone/ changed.

Breakfast was the weak point. Location is okay.

The heating in the room didn't work. The room for leaving the baggage is located in the basement. Difficult to move the bags.
