Adi Hotel

The balcony was the one thing I genuinely liked, a pleasant spot to sit, and unfortunately nothing more. Housekeeping and basic maintenance need attention. Fine if you just need a budget place to sleep and want a balcony, otherwise consider spending a little more elsewhere.

My stay was okay. You can tell it is an older hotel, the room felt worn and a bit dirty, with scuffed furniture and tired finishes. At this price it was the best option I could find, so set expectations accordingly.

The room was decent. The furniture is old and peeling off, but there is decent space, bathroom, nice balcony and all the required equipment. The breakfast was surprisingly good!

The walls are thin as paper! I could hear every word my neighbors said. Good thing I came during a not busy time... otherwise I think it would have been a disaster. Towels and sheets could be cleaner.

The hotel was nice and clean, rooms large and the bed very comfortable. The staff were excellent, very welcoming and nice. Breakfast was basic but very good, fresh bread and vegetables, eggs and cheese and excellent coffee. Excellent value for money!!

the location is great - only 5 min walk from the mall and beach. near to the hotel there is choise of restaurants and bars. good verity of cjoises. the hotel it self is simple - no pool, no lounge. but good value for money.

the breakfast is same every day. and it's very simple.

The location was grate, parking is very important, great parking at the hotel. Stuff was amazing and very helpful. Breakfast was good.

Location is excellent, parking is available, staff is nice, food is good, the view from the balcony is wonderful, and rooms are clean.

Air conditioning is not strong, and the WiFi keeps disconnecting, but that's a problem that I face in many hotels. The lights in the room could be stronger.

the hotel is in an unpleasant area which was surrounded by loud music till late. The room was not clean at all. I could not sit on the balcony which was very dirty as well as the furniture which was sained and dirty. In short, for more than $100 per night I expected more. On the second day a receptionist asked if I am pleased and my answer was negative she right away offered to change the room. I did so and found a broken faucet in the bath room and had to cover the night table with a towel to avoid the stains and dirt. In short I do not recommend. I did not take breakfast and preferred to eat in a nicer spot.

The hotel must be repaired!!! The sheets were old and torn. The sink was spotted.The interior was decayed and moldy.

The breakfast was very good with lots of options, and tasty too. The location of the hotel was excellent. It is a 5 minutes uphill walk from the marina, but because it is situated a little bit above the other hotels, the view from the balconies of the rooms facing the marina is breathtaking. The room was big enough for a few nights' stay, there was a couch in the room. There is a mini fridge in the room. There is a hair dryer in the bathroom which was a plus. Wifi was pretty decent.

The bed was weird - it was two twin beds joined together, and those single beds were on wheels that were not locked. Once there could have been an accident because one of the beds moved away when I leaned over it, sitting on the other bed. However, once you sleep on it there is no movement as there is enough weight on the bed. There was no electric kettle or tea-coffee arrangements in the room, there is a coffee machine in the downstairs lobby where you can buy coffee, but there should be free coffee arrangements in the room. The shower in our bathroom always leaked water.

Relatively speaking the price for this location is fair. There is also free parking in the basement and the promenade is walking distance. The room was clean and esthetic with a decent view.

The hotel inside is somewhat dingy, there is some construction going on some floors there are dusty unappealing spaces. Te breakfast was dull with limited choices. The room walls are paper thin and it is not pleasant to listen to a loud conversation my neighbors head at 4:30 AM after coming back from their outing. The main space reminds one of hotels in underdeveloped countries - depressing.

The receptionist was amazing and welcoming, the hotel was very cheap for the room and was rather nice overall, place is close to the center although one needs to climb a hill.

The room wasn't the cleanest, it was better than what I've seen in other hotels of that price category but still it could improve, breakfast was very basic and included the bare minimum.
