Rich Boutique Hotel

I liked the location, staff and the value of our stay.

The bathroom is old. When we took a bath, water is coming out from the tub so the toilet area was wet.

The rooms were large-ish and had a fridge and microwave. The breakfast was very good

The hotel was oddly configured above a superpharm. The walls were thick so it was easy to hear noise from the hall and other rooms

Staff was great and responded to everything so fast. Food was amazing. Especially Friday night dinner. Location was perfect. Everything was amazing. And price was the best part for eilat and travelling with 3 kids.

The room was good but not clean enough

Not clean enough, the TV didn't work also the air conditioner worked for few minutes but it stopped by itself and couldn't turn it on again

Very nice budget place. The breakfast is phenomenal and kosher. Physically, a bit rundown, but a very good value for the budget traveller.

I like the place near in the bus station, it's an easy access place. And the breakfast 2 was good.

The TV is not working, boring nothing to watch.

Had an very bad experience we arrived early and wanted to put our stuff till the check in time they forced us to pay for itRoom was discussing and had molt on the wall The bathroom was leaking and stinking And got backpain from the beds and tv wasnt working good

Location was great, staff was helpful and pleasant. Bed was comfortable. They have massage chairs in lobby, cost is 10₪. Nice swimming pool area.

View from window was terrible. A dirty parking lot with large trash can. Not a variety of vegan food. Great choices /variety of food for non-vegans.

It was okay overall great location, walking distance from the beach and promenade. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was totally fine and filling. It’s not a fancy hotel, but definitely worth the price. Recommended for anyone looking for a budget friendly place in a good location just to sleep.

The room, wasn’t very clean the floor needed a thorough cleaning and the bathroom wasn’t spotless either and we noticed a sock hanging on something on the ceiling not sure what that was about, but it was definitely strange!

The pool was great nice clean water , the food was nice for price we paid and the location is perfect in front of the hotel is a parking lot and right near the entrance there’s a market that open till night

Water pipe did go through my wall and I heart all the water and couldn’t sleep , room was not clean gum on the wall ear clean stick on the couch safe is very low almost on the ground no tv remote had to do it manually from the tv itself

Wasnt like the picturs, the room is dirty and not well for live in. We didnt stay there and didnt got refund

It was a one night stay not for the whole vacation. We check in at 23.30 and check out at 10.00. Used it for just sleep. Bed was comfy, the breakfast was good.If you look for budget room and cheap stay will be in that level. Not more than 2 max 3 days ( in my opinion)

The room was no near the pictures, the reception told that those are the new rooms. If so don't want to see the old ones.

The person at the booking office said:Ooh, you chose the cheapest room in front of my wife, so I had to explain to my wife that all the rooms are similar, and the difference is if the view is to the pool or to the inner yard.So, becau of a stupid person we lost all the fun and pleasure of our vacation.Beside, the hotel is old and in the past someone smoke in our room and the room was stinky.I'll never go to this place again.

The location is very close to the beach, malls, and all. The stuff was very nice and polite and I enjoyed the breakfast.

The pictures on the website are not even close to the actual room. Although we received an "Upgrade" to a bigger room? But the condition of the actual room was awfully disappointing. The hotel looked extremely beautiful on booking but in reality was totally different. I can only upload 4 pictures, but I have more to "share".

It’s near in everything . Groceries,mall etc.

Didn’t like everything in that hotel first thing the rude man in the reception workers looks really scary it’s doesn’t like working in the hotel , dirty room, bedding are worn out like it’s taken out from the trash. It’s really disappointing windows are broken we can’t lock it. It’s really the worst hotel we’ve stayed in the Eilat.
