the question is what i liked about the property. but unfortunately i didn’t like the property at all. we arrived to the hotel after a long drive. reserved the room (and even got upgraded free of charge)the carpets on the corridor where dirty in a level i could not describe (although they were cleaning them the same time we where there)entering the room we were amazed to smell strong smells of cigarettes and cleaning soaps. we reserved 4 rooms in total. 2 of them had items from the previous guests and most of the bathrooms where sticky (would not recommend taking your shoes off)the elevator was half functioning, felt close to death situation.
ahhhh
היה לא נעים. רעש אינסופי לדלתות אין שום איטום. לא נקי בכלל. אין שום פסיליטיס.
The hotel staff was kind and helpful
The room is low quality, low level finishes, bad paint etc
It’s close to the center and the mall. It’s big with good pool for kids and families.
There were maintenance on the same floor near our rooms, and the bed not so comfortable.
Staff good
The bed was not comfortable, and the mattress was quite hard. The room itself was excellent, with modern TVs and nice facilities. However, the parking area was inconvenient, and I also noticed cockroaches in the luggage storage room.
Honestly, the hotel is overall perfectly fine, especially the location. The breakfast is satisfying and very good as well.
I’m not a fan of the rooms, I won’t lie — they urgently need renovation to give guests a vacation vibe, not the feeling of being in a regular home. Some rooms have the toilet combined with the shower. I can manage that if I’m staying for just one night, but no more.
Breakfast was plenty and good. But we couldn’t enjoy the pool. It close too early.
The noise. We could hear a lot of what what’s happening around us. Not good.
Nice pool area, the room was tidy ,you have to ask for toilet paper and towels, the hotel in general was good
The kind of people the hotel allows to stay, they were so messy, threw their garbage everywhere, and a lot of people during our stay kept doing problems and shouting to others
We stayed at G-Hotel Eilat for four nights and had a great experience. The service was excellent, and both breakfast and dinner had a wide variety of delicious options. Highly recommended!
Disaster
Not clean, not organized, zero flexibility.
Yuval who worked the front desk on the morning of my checkout was extremely friendly and helpful.
The pool closed at 5PM. In the summer, when it doesn't get dark until close to 8PM and it is nearly 100 degrees F outside. I think it should be open later. Breakfast was fairly plain. Not the usual amazing Israeli "hotel breakfast", though it did have an omelette station, and a espresso machine. So not terrible but nothing to write home about.
Prepared gluten free meals upon request.Friendly staff.Pool area is well maintained.
Didn't clean the room during the entire stay, didn't change towels, etc.Room did not include a sofa or chairs.
Definitely not the best hotel we’ve been to in Eilat. Staff: understaffed, unprofessional and rude at times. When you as
Only the location
The place isn't clean, the rooms are dirty, the smell is bad, the pool doesn't clean, a lot of ants and mosquitoes, breakfast is not good. No value forMoney. Sheets are not clean
Great pool and location
The sink was brokenThe water from the shower spils in the room because of no shower curtain or doorTelevision without remote and stuck on full volumePoorly organized roomNo little or reading lightsSays the romm have a balcony but didn't have one
The hotel was awful with a bad smell, we had to ask a tea pot, glasses and tv remote control several times, The refrigerator was dirty.Nisim, one of the staff, helped us very much. The food was tasty and the restaurant was clean.
If you want to rest and sleep you better search for another place. I regret so much having booked this hotel and by its price you can get much better options in Eilat. Disappointed:We arrived at the check-in time, 16 hours, and they kept us waiting for more than one hour cause they still didn’t have a room available. They held parties every night with loud music and people talking and screaming until after 12. You can hear it everywhere inside the hotel. No hair drier in the bedrooms, even when you go to the reception to ask for one they just say that they don’t have one and do nothing to help, don’t offer you a solution. Slamming doors that wake you up in the middle of the night…. and bother you during the day…When you call the reception there is no answer, no room service even when I wanted to ask for a shower towel. The breakfast is good, but it’s not worth all the bad things that we had to suffer when we just wanted to relax and enjoy for a few days.
