The hotel is located away from the hotel zone, down the coast of the Red Sea and in a relaxing and beautiful location. You could walk along the road that parallel the Red Sea for exercise, which was very nice. There was also a heated pool, so swimming in the winter was an option. The breakfasts were great, with an extensive selection of hot and cold foods, as well as an omelette station.

My room didn’t have a view, but I didn’t spend much time in it.

The entrance door and the balcony doors didn’t lock , there was an alarm at 2:00am the desk didn’t answer our very alarmed calls, only the fifth time they answered saying was a false alarm and in the morning didn’t show interest or sorrow

Very pleasant hotel, spacious public areas, excellent breakfast. The location outside the busy town center is a great advantage.

It's a bit far from the city center.

The staff was very polite and helpful. De rooms were clean and up to date. Our rooms at the pool also had their own tetras with sun beds which we apriciate a lot. We got a bottle of wine as a present from the hotel which we apriciate a lot. Breakfast and dinner was fresh, and tasty, with a good variety of all kind of food. The coffee was exceptional. The hotel has a welcome and friendly energy. And we would to come back.

One morning, there were so many people having breakfast that we had to wait 15 minutes to get in. But quality of the breakfast is so high that we forgot soon al about it.

Great service, at arrival we were treated wonderfully, received an upgrade to taste the delicious dinner offered by the hotel, and received wine in the room. Hotel located across the street from diving beach, with beautiful scenery. The hotel offers chairs at beach. The room was made up with fun ,animal shape towels on bed.

Beds were not separated when we arrived. Twin bedbeds had been confirmed.

Very clean and well maintained! Staff is super friendly. Food is great! Big pool. A very nice overall environment. Nice gym and spa. The beach is in the quieter part of town, calm and right across the street.

Not enough parking space for all the guests. We had to park outside most of the time and pay for the public parking (I think that if there's not enough parking space in the hotel parking lot the very least would be to refund the public parking fees).Also no Netflix in the room TV. Just plain channels like in the good old (and less technologically advanced) days where you needed to guess the movie showing.

Clean and the food was good. Also the pool is in good size.

The elevators need some renovation

kind of dark, not enough lights in the room and in the bathroom the closet, a little small and there is no mirror with light on it for make up and stuff

Desk staff was so unprofessional that, being the first Check In line, we had 35 or 40 minutes, he was distracted by telephone conversations with his son to talk to other staff with the guests

Room was clean. Breakfast was excellent. Dining room staff were helpful and courteous. Pool lovely.

Would like an earlier pool opening. During most of the day it is not possible to swim as it is full of kids.There is always a wait to get any service at reception.Our garden room (which was an upgrade) was close enough to the road to shake when the bulldozers were building outside. Fridge didn't work and the matter was not dealt with at the time. We left the complaint at reception, went out for the day and came back to find nothing had been done. So another request, a bit of a wait, and finally the fridge was replaced.Guests were smoking in the lounge (which was partly outside) but nevertheless not pleasant. As this happened on a couple of days running I assume the staff okayed it.The hotel was pretty full when we were there and breakfast was a noisy and fairly chaotic. Always a wait for coffee. Have to say that we have stayed at this hotel on quite a few occasions and have never found a cause for complaint before, so we were disappointed this time.

The food was delicious, everything was clean, closeness to the beach was great. The gym is a bit small but we made do. We had a great time here.

Billiard table costs money. there's not a lot to do here in the evening.
