Staff very friendly & helpful. Setting lovely. The breakfast buffet outstanding. Parking is great. Highlight was on Monday, 26 Oct 2015 there was saxophone player in the lobby playing in the evening. HE WAS THE BEST !!!! LISTENED FOR THE 2 HRS :-)

Keep the pool open a little later in the afternoon. 5:00 p.m. seemed early to close the pool, especially when it was still light out for another 75 minutes. Also, open the pool earlier, and maybe heat just one of the three as the air temp cooling down.

The service was amazing. The staff was very accommodating to our every need.

Proximity to large beach.

We had a wonderful stay at the Queen of Sheba hotel l, the staff were very attentive, especially Yalet the manager. The food was plentiful and to a high standard and out rooms were cleaned every day. We will definitely come back.

10 out of 10! The staff were extremely friendly, from the parking attendant to the check in to the cleaning crew, the hotel is beautiful and full of things to do, the room was very clean and smelled so good, the room was big with beautiful views of the ocean and city. We booked a couples massage at the spa and it was SO good! Special thank you to the manager on site who welcomed us with so much care! Highly recommended to anyone valued quality hospitality

Excellent location, nice staff. Management was very nice.

The vegetables were not fresh during breakfast. The luggage wait room was outside with no security or staff present. The back entrance straight to the boardwalk was closed.

The matress was not so comfortable. It was crowdy and a lot of smoke

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The rooms were very clean and super comfortable my wife and I had a great time relaxing in them. Location was beautiful and close to everything.

fitness center main cable machine was broken which made up most of the fitness center. The pool closed at 1700 which doesn't really make too much sense.

When I left, I was 20 minutes late. I told them I would be late and didn't deduct anything. They said yes and have a nice trip. When I left, they deducted it. Also, the service was bad.

The uncleaness around the pool there are signs that the smoking is not allowed and people smoke an none of the staff cares We got a suite with burning marks on the carpet and that makes you feel that you are in a dirty place.

The sea and mountain view from the balcony of the hotel room is amazing. ?I love the foods, it's too much ? Room is so clean and toilet is sanitised Staffs are amazingly kind and polite and so helpfulAnd the hotel structure design is top jewel in the crown ?

Big comfort rooms, and fast service for every need

we ask for separate bad before arriving, and it was not done. also we need to ask for the room to be cleaned and change towel

The location is excellent!Looks very pretty and professional. Various meals. There was a musical show every evening.

We loved absolutely everything! we always go to hotels and this time at this hotel it was a first, the staff gave us a great room upgrade for free and the day later when I mentioned my husband's birthday they surprised us with a beautiful cake and wine on the house :) it definitely became our favourite hotel! :)the food was very very good (as a professional cook I mean it - great flavours)we very much recommend this hotel :))

Well located. Although it is an old hotel , the maintenance was very good.
