Pros +
- They were very helpful, accommodating and informative. We needed our rooms switched around which they were able to do for us at no extra charge. They were also very informative of local attractions etc. Excellent service and experience.
Cons -
- They charge per person in addition to the room. I booked a room for 2 and brought my baby and was charged a bit more for that even though I brought my own sleeping arrangements (Crib...) for my baby.
