U Magic Palace

The staff at the front desk were very helpful in giving directions, calling cabs etc.

It is definitely a hotel that seems to encourage adults travelling with children...lots of kids running around the expansive lobby and in the hallways...

We had such a great family vacation at U Magic Palace! The kids absolutely loved the kids club and the evening kids show — they couldn’t wait to go back every day. The whole place has a really fun and welcoming vibe for families.A huge shoutout to Ira from the service team, who went above and beyond to make us happy. She was so kind and really made our stay special

Very humane staff that were happy to help at every point of the day and do whatever is in their power to help.

A little bit dirty in places, not a big thing because they will clean/replace whatever needed.

The hotel is a fifteen-minute walk from the promenade.

The breakfast was good The bedroom was clean The emplacement okayNote that even if you paid 250 per person for the Shabbat diner you will have to pay an extra 12 shekels fort each drink! If you shomer Shabbat and can not sign on the iPad you won’t be able to have any drink ?

The service from the staff can be better for sure The bartenders are super unpleasant and most of the waiters too… Apart from two receptionists, everyone was rude. I know it’s a difficult job but they give the impression that it bothers them and that it annoys them to be thereThey told that it’s prohibited to smoke and listen to music with a speaker at the pool but everyone did it anyway ! In our bedroom the telephone didn’t work and the remote for the TV too! We asked a lot of time for a baby bed and they told me to call the reception but the phone was broke !

We reserved a room for 2 nights to celebrate my wife's birthday. We ended up canceling the 2nd night. NO GO for us.- I ordered a full bed and got 2 separate ones- The room, #550, was at the back of the elevator shaft - we heared every single press of a button, metal noises and the elevator engine till 2:00am and from 6:30am- noise insulation in the room was terrible and we could hear every guest entering the bathroom- the restaurant is too small to host all guests and we could not have a decent breakfast without people hitting our chairs on their way

Location, very far from the sea - which I LIKE TO SWIM

Loved the heated pool, the newly renovated large room with Laguna view was perfect. Also the synagogue services were really good.

No Gym - The gym is not operated by the hotel and is not free. Also has very limited hours which is not up to standard for hotels in the area.

I really enjoyed staying in this hotel. The location is amazing, the view is perfect, the breakfast was tasty. Thanks a lot.

They called me and moved me to other hotel that the room was stinky like crazy so I left. And gone to another hotel of yours

The hotel is super clean, staff is friendly. The room is big and comfortable. Huge bed! .Hotel lobby bar is good, pool bar is good.

It's a walking distance to the beach - not too long but not a short walk. I think breakfast can be richer and at least have a coffee barista. I wonder if at peek season the pool isn't too small?

Location was very good, though on the north side of the lagoon so slightly further from the promenade. Food was plentiful and varied. We had a small issue with our room when we arrived, and the hotel immediately moved us to another (better) room. There was also an active synagogue in the hotel, which was a big plus for us.

Would have loved some smoked salmon at breakfast.

It was a great stay. The staff was amazing, couldn't be nicer.

Parking was a nightmare, the gym and spa are an extra charge (which wasn't told to us upfront) and the pool closes very early.

The breakfest is ok

Everything was amazing.It looks way better than the photos on the website show.The staff were very nice and helped with any questions or problems we had.Regretted not booking a longer stay.

The only thing I didn't like is the fact that they put a wine bottle in the room but there weren't any good cork screws to open the wine bottle with.
