The staff treated us as if we were a part of their family. Friendly, respectful, sincere, helpful.

The pool was pretty cold. But, that is expected for the time of year.

Cool vibes, close to all the surf spots. Good breakfast and helpful staff.

No AC but par for the course given the location. The wood on some of the drying racks and railings is unfinished. Left a little mark on clothes that we left drying out but not the end of the world.

Everything is amazing! Expect much more than the photos(what is an issue in Morocco), good food, good service, exceptional rooms and experience, the location.. so in love of this piece of art, i will comeback here every time

New, clean, lovely, friendly staff, good location

We loved the location which was 1 mns walk to the beach. The beach was very empty most of the time so we got to enjoy it to ourselves. The property accepted our pets so our two dogs came along. The design of the hotel was very nice and they even offered some games for entertainment at the lobby and the food at the hotel was really really good. The best food we had in imsouane was at the hotel. And the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful.

We were a bit disappointed with the room size. It looked much larger in the photo.

A tranquil haven. Spacious and comfortable. Authentic Moroccan style and experience. The staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly and attentive and went out of their way to make me feel comfortable as a solo traveller. I loved the pool and terrace area where you can escape the heat - have lunch or just read a book. I had the most relaxing experience using the spa - the Hammam and massage package was brilliant and the female therapists were kind and professional. There was an area to store surfboards and wetsuits with showers. The lunch and evening meals were delicious - the chefs are incredibly skilled and again very friendly - I returned to the restaurant even after I checked out. I would definitely stay here again if I return to Imsouane.

For breakfast I enjoyed the fresh juices and omelettes, however would have preferred a larger variety of healthier options, such as oats, fruit and yoghurt

First time in Morocco, we opted for the sea. That is, we ended up staying two nights in Marrakech. Even though Imsouanne is a surf paradise, you can still choose Imsouane for the marvelous sights and sandy beaches. The coastline is armed with beautiful lava rocks, making the scenery pictorious. Don't miss the sunset sitting on the rocks. I would have added 'zipping wine', but Morocco is Islamic, so, not much wine. Only in one shop, at the perifery of the town, you will find wine. A Morrocan and very nice one. Still, don't miss the sunset, it will rip you of whatever was troubleling your mind.Then, walk the few hundred yards back to the woodhouse and enjoy the architecture, outside and inside as well. Indigenous, yet somehow beyond time and tradition. One last thing. The staff. The manager, the waiters, and the chef. All staff. Likewise when moving around the country. Moroccan people are really friendly and open minded. You have to dust off your French language teaching. At least to add just a few words in French. If not, you will still manage. Most people understand English.So, we surely like to go back. And when we do, we stay at Woodhouse.

Clean room and good location.

Pool is basically unusable, water is freezing and sun only hits it for about two hours per day. Bed pillows are awful, couldn’t get a good nights sleep any of the nights we stayed there because of this.Breakfast is worse than mediocre. Only sweet and sugary options are provided.Upon check in, you get hit with a ‘city tax’ even though booking confirmation stated all taxes were included.200 dirhams magically disappeared from our wallet. We had put away the exact cash amount for the taxi to the airport and left our things unlocked in the room during the day when the room was cleaned (our fault for not being extra careful but this was quite upsetting nonetheless).

Amazing stay, gorgeous hotel super near the surfing beaches. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The spa staff were also great and really kind. I forgot my watch on the last day of my stay and realized when I was already at the airport. The staff was super kind and made sure I got it back before leaving. Would 100% recommend, we’ll be back!

Imsouane wood house is a real paradise.Everything was perfect, the room was very comfortable and has everything you need.The position is just perfect, right in front of the beach, and it is just 2 min walk from the surf spot La cathedrale.But the best part was all the staff.The managers were extremely kind and helpful andthe chef’s are real artists!! We had the privilege to taste the best food we have ever had in all Morocco.All the guys that work in wood house are amazing people, genuinely kind, and they really made us feel at home.We had a beautiful trip and we also made new friends and connections.It really couldn’t go better than this!!If you are looking for a paradise in Imsouane, go to Wood House!

Great woodwork! Lots of bespoke joinery around the place with intricately designed features.Great ocean views from the room we had. Helpful staff who were very keen to help.

Room was actually quite small but the views and the little balcony made up for this

Staff at this hotel are amazing. I had stayed before and on arrival they had remembered my name and even helped bring things out my car.

Awesome, newly open place. Great view of the beach, central location. Loved the vibe, super laid back and hospitable. Sauna + other wellness facilities on site.

More variety in the breakfast, otherwise we loved it.
