I recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful hotel tucked away in the mountains, and it was truly an incredible experience. The location is perfect for anyone looking to escape into nature — the views of the surrounding mountains and lush greenery are absolutely breathtaking. Every morning felt like a dream, waking up to fresh mountain air and peaceful scenery.The rooms were cozy, clean, and designed to make the most of the natural beauty around. One of the highlights of my stay was how welcoming and kind the staff were — especially the girls working there. They were not only professional and helpful, but also genuinely friendly and warm, which made the entire experience feel even more special and personal.This is the ideal spot for anyone looking to relax, recharge, and enjoy a stay surrounded by nature and great hospitality. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Nice surroundings, big swimming pool. Big room with sofa to chill in…

The room wasn’t totally clean when we arrived. Some dirt came from the ceiling, but the staff did clean it for us immediately.The bathroom was a bit old, the shower didn’t have a big watersupply and the swimming pool was ice cold.

Great location for visiting Ouzoud waterfalls. Really nice staff and good food. Value for money.

There were no pillows on the bed and one towel between us all. Our air conditioning wasn’t working and wasn’t fixed before we left. We had no power in our rooms and couldn’t charge our phones. We complained to no avail. it made a rough nights sleep. My son cut his foot deeply in the pool on glass and no one came to check on him. A guest at the property offered us medical supplies and cleaned the wound. Even the next day no one came to see if he was ok. Honestly, the girl at the restaurant was lovely. The rest just didn’t seem to care at all.

Brilliant swimming pool and exterior décor.

The bathroom fittings were quite poor. they didn’t provide enough bedding or towels for the number of guests. The restaurant was extremely slow in serving food. They took about an hour when they said it would take about 20 minutes.

Nice location, very nice view with the pool, lighting and the choice of music. Breakfast was homemade traditional and delicious. I would definitely come back

Well, to be honest I didn't like anything in the place.I used it as a place for one night to rest because I was travelling from Agadir to Chefshaoun.

Everything basically.1. Room was dark, the lighting is very poor.2. WIFI connection is very very weak, you cant say there is WIFI at all.3. Breakfast is need a big improvement.4. Bathroom was not clean and the shower was broken.5. Beds are not comfortable at all.Finally which is the most important part:When I made a check out and I asked to pay by Credit Card as mentioned that they accept Mastercard, they asked for 3.5% more because the bank is charging them for it. In all hotels and resorts I stayed around the world and every time I pay with my credit card non asked for extra.I tried to negotiate with him but he rejected.

The location of the hotel is perfect, the place in general it’s a perfect place for stay. For Marroc this hotel is fair and good. There is a parking place enough for all the guest. Beautiful view, beautiful hotel day and night. There is a nice garden! Enough seats around the pool.

The staff need some attention! Keep on smiling and be happy you have guest in your place. They don’t communicate very well. Please guys…. Your pool is much to high of chlorine and the ph value is much to high! Our children and me got sick of the pool water.(I tested the water) If you managed this problem your hotel will be the best place to stay!

Peace and quiet place.A beautiful Space and thé water of thé swimming-pool was so like natural.Certainly coming back..

I like the view specially at night , cool lighting . The food is good well cooked. And the owner was really nice
