Horrible experience At 1 am in the morning they were doing renovation in adjacent room using strong smelling varnish which permeated our room with toxic fumes. Complaints to staff in early morning hours did not resolve the situation. Sick for several days

The location and the staff where so kind and nice

Their was no AC and we had to sleep with the doors open and the cats kept coming inside the room and don’t let us sleep

The carpet is not clean, it has a lot of dust and stain.Could not sleep well because of dust allergy.The room was too hot since the heating was working 24/7 and cannot be stopped because it is broken.It is not worth the price

Everything, our en-suite was wonderful and has a hug space, separate lounge, big bathroom and big roof patio.Great place to take photos.The hotel at the heart of Ifran, 1-2 minutes walk to the famous Lion.Close to all the restaurants / Shops, very convenient for families/. Couples or single person who wanted to have ( Me Time ).Hotel breakfast it’s outstanding, as you be served at the restaurant in the group floor.The staff are amazing tooWe definitely returning in the middle of the year

We were greeted by beautiful receptionists - Hala and another lady that we didn't catch her name! They were so smiley and warm and that sets the tone to our stay right from the start! We wished we could stay a few more days instead of just a night as the ambience of the area and the hotel itself was welcoming and felt like home! The guy who helped us with our luggages were very friendly as well, we were out nearby the hotel and he said good night to us even after his shift, lovely lovely people! We will definitely stay here when we're back in Ifrane!

The sink was a little slow to drain down the water, other than that all was good!

Staff was extremely friendly at the hotel. Check-in process was easy. The room was spacious and had a beautiful view from the large balcony. Location was excellent for the area and I would absolutely stay here again.

The WiFi was a bit difficult to use at times.

Slow response.I could not get a receipt upon checkout despite waiting for 15 minutes . I could not wait any longer as the taxi was waiting .Could a receipt be sent to me by Email to enable me to request business reimbursement ?

•Staff were very friendly and supportive. •Great location in the city center of Ifrane walking distance from restaurants, coffee shops and services. The hotel is also nearby the Ain Vittel and Ifrane Park. Taxis pick up/drop-off are also next to the the hotel to visit nearby cities such as Azrou, Ben smime. •Hotel has a great restaurant with diverse food including Moroccan and Occidental recipes. •The hotel balcony offers an amazing spot in the middle of city center, great at night for resting.

•Room carpet has several stains.•Bathroom shower broken needed maintenance and not fixed.•Key door not working properly.

Hotel staff was LOVELY. They were honestly the best part. I don't remember breakfast being included or if it was, I must have skipped it because I left early most days.

The rooms were really hot and stuffy and there was no AC. At the very least, it would be nice to have them add a fan or open up the windows. It was difficult to circulate air in the room and as a result not comfortable. Also the wifi did not work for me at all.

I was extremely impressed by the professionalism and the friendliness of Soumaya in trying her best to solve a booking issue for me. Her patience and follow up were behind my staying in this hotel and my decision to stay again whenever I visit the city.I strongly recommend this hotel in Ifran for its location,facilities, cleanliness and for Soumaya.
