Hosts; meals; views and overall condition and cleanliness of property was great

In a remote location, no other options around. Top floor shower was cold in morning. Heated by solar panels?? The rest of rooms had private bath. We accidentally chose a top floor room with a separate entrance shared bath and had to go outside to use and water was cold. Made for a cold shower or cold washing up while standing outside than walking outside in cold and it was our mistake that we booked that room, but I went back into listing and it did not specify the outside entrance to bath just that it is shared. Didn’t mind the shared bath just the cold.

The place itself is very nice

The Restaurant. The staff never know what they have or how much it costs. The food is not very good, the bread was not fresh and for the quality too expensiv. Next time I would choose a different place.

We only had about 16 hours there in total but it was a friendly welcome, a big breakfast and the right location for what we needed.

The light switches in the room needed pressing in a set order to actually get the main light to go out.

The staff was very friendly and taking really good care. The hotel and and the pool area are really nice. We were nearly the only ones at the hotel but still they took really good care of us.

The internet was not working in our room but at other areas it was working fine.

Really nice place with a great pool and very hospitable people. The room was large and good bed. The owner helped us find a great desert experience. We were very happy with everything and we’d like to come back!

Mohammed at reception was amazing! Very helpful with all my queries and organised my trip to Erg Chigaga. A very pleasant and memorable stay!

Beautiful stay nearby M’Hamid. It was really quite during low season. Probably people think it’s too hot in June but our stay was lovely. The swimming pool with bar is a welcoming way to cool down and the employees help with everything. We were allowed to choose or own room as there was plenty of availability. We wanted to do a quad tour through the dessert during the morning but they advised us to arrange it during sunset so it was cooler en more exiting. And that definitely was. The hotel arranged an awesome trip. Unfortunately we stayed only one night.

Excellent stay at Chez Le Pacha, the staff were very helpful, it want very busy which was good for us. We had 2 dinners and a lunch and they were very good.

The sheets supplied had some holes in them.WE had 3 rooms and the cleaners failed to service one of the rooms after the 1st night (but did th other 2 rooms)?

Spacy room (suite) with nice decoration, large bed, large terrace with seating arrangement, beautiful plants and flowers around, clean swimming pool. Excellent service for the breakfast even for people coming late. Very flexible and helpful staff willing to support when needed. It was easy to upgrade a reservation and make early check in.The pool area was exceptional and probably the best in M'hamid. Beautiful garden behind. It was also very calm and we were feeling like having everything just for us. Probably our best stay during our trip to Morocco.Strongly recommended :-)

Fabulous hotel. Everything was perfect. The hotel is perfectly located. The pool area is beautiful with view to the palms, and there are plenty of other relaxing areas to curl up and read a books and with a high free Wi-Fi. The staff were excellent,. Would highly recommend. Thank you chez le Pacha

The size of the swimming pool was good. Their conditioner worked pretty well. We were in the middle of a tremendous heatwave

Staff was a little strange. The food was overpriced. The beer was astronomically expensive. Missing many amenities.

not clean no electricity so no AC at 44 degrees a lot of bugs
