The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff members are friendly and helpful. You can start a day with a fantastic breakfast.
Nice room condition and breakfast even better of location
nothing special
Nice friendly staff
I booked a room junior suite which showed it had a balcony . But my room didn’t have balcony!!
Beautiful hotel, nice staff
It supposed to have an airport shuttle bus. And it did not. The bed was hard and no extra blankets available
The position is quite good, but the facility and credibility not match the stars rate.
The upgraded superior room is a ironic joke! The hotel reception told that the rooms are not ready, even I was checking in late 15hrs, eventually, the superior room became a corner room with very limited space.
Close to airport and walking distance to local restaurant;
the crowded swimming pool with poor water quality.
excellent breakfast, room food delivery with robot - very nice idea (children love it), friendly and helpful staff
closed wellness, very low temperature between swimming pool area
Good breakfast
