Location: the hotel is located within walking distance of the Xiamen International Conference Centre, and the Xiamen Convention and Exhibition Centre. There is a shopping centre (Coco Park) located a block away from the hotel, with restaurants, stores and other recreational activities such as an indoor skiing rink, indoor tennis, indoor golf and indoor rock climbing. Spa: the in-house spa is very good, but they don’t offer facial treatments during the evening; only massages. Alternatively, there are also spas available in Coco Park. Vending machine: THEY HAVE A VENDING MACHINE! The vending machine is on the ground floor (reception and lobby floor) tucked behind a wall to the side of the elevator shafts, next to the bathrooms on that floor. The vending machine sells power banks, heated eye masks, heated neck pads, disposable underwear and socks, makeup remover wipes, essential oils, shaving foam, umbrellas, travel sized deodorant, travel sized Laneige skincare, mini vacuum water bottles, SELFIE STICKS, HEATED GUA SHA devices, EAR CLEANING TOOLS and much more. In-room: an abundance of power outlets near the bed. USB-A outlet above the nightstand and China standard plugs beneath the nightstand. They have a BIDET! Bathroom amenities are Byredo brand.

The vending machine already blew my mind but it would have been better if it stocked mouth wash.

Breakfast was good and good location

Restaurant which serves good buffet breakfast 7 days a week is only open for lunch and dinner 2 days a week. Another 5 days you can't have a dinner in this Hotel. Considering proximity of this Hotel to Xiamen Convention Centre you should expect at least 1 restaurant serving a Dinner on daily basis. Very poor dinning experience.

Very unprofessional and would not recommend

I am deeply disappointed with my recent stay at this hotel. Over the course of four nights, every morning at 9 the housekeeping staff knocked on my door to ask if I needed my room cleaned. This was far too early and caused unnecessary stress during my stay.The bathrobes provided in the room were in poor condition and seemed to be placed in different locations each day. My family and I found it frustrating and inconvenient to search for them repeatedly.On one occasion, the housekeeping staff failed to provide us with fresh towels, which was not only inconvenient but also confusing. Additionally, they did not replace the used coffee spoons in the room with clean ones. When I reported this to the front desk, the staff responded without any apology and instead rudely asked if I needed new spoons, which I found highly unprofessional.Overall, my experience at this hotel was unsatisfactory. I will not be staying here again and cannot recommend it to others.

Great location for marathon runners, great victory welcoming runners after the race.

I have been travelling to Xiamen every year for business, first time at this hotel. Excellent facilities, friendly and accommodating staff (though most don’t speak English-as usual in China, but they will do their best to assist you), great breakfast buffet and only 10 min walk to the exhibition center. Shopping area with restaurants also 10 min walk, so location is ideal. Great seaview. Will happily stay here again!

WiFi was not very fast-or reliable.

The room was not totally clean. When swimming in the pool they wanted us to wear swimming caps. Not sure why.

we really like all the hotel, but we like to much the attendant of the Crystal Lounge, the bar in hotel lobby, he was pretty much polite and helpful ☺️☺️☺️

The location close by the beach. The breakfast was good.

Staff was too much focused on the new year's eve party event than the actual guests in the rooms. In-Room Dining service did not answer our calls, we had to go downstairs to get their attention. Ventilation was not working properly. They did not fix it the issue the day it happened.

The breakfast is great for all guests of different backgrounds. The location is very near the east coast of Xiamen island and is especially nice for families looking to avoid the more densely populated parts of the island or guests visiting the exhibition center. The island is small anyway so travel to the opposite end is not terribly burdensome. Staff, design, lobby, rooms all excellent. Also very near starting location of triathlons and ferry terminals to Taiwan's Kinmen islands whenever they open boarders up again.
