Hilton Quanzhou Riverside

The breakfast is amazing. Lots of choices. The use of robot for food delivery is a wonderful experience. It’s like scene from a sci-fi movies.

The TV entertainment can be improved upon. The options are limited and mostly Chinese programs

Stunning sunrise, as a corner room, panorama view of the river was so beautiful but needs a window cleaning more often. Hotel location is very good that easily connects the old city and Xunpu village. Swimming pool is very nice except the cloth room must have some staff take care of some guests making something inside. Lobby and breakfast area are good.

We like everything except staff's listening skill. Understand that pool and fitness area may be echo and loud, but instead of only saying "what!", may just say "say it again?". Traffic was slightly inconvenient by the construction area in front of hotel. Cloth room for swimming pool has a strange design like a maze so someone can do something unexpected that kids cannot see.

New and modern hotel. Great breakfast and buffet dinner.

A bit off from the centralised attraction locations but ok if you take a taxi there.

The room and attached bathroom were spacious. The breakfast spread was good.

It is slightly far from town but it was easy to get around via taxi.

Clean Room and Decoration

The building is old and have a problem with AC

Good location with great Italian restaurant in the same block

Too hot, aircon broken but moved to a cooler room

Overall, not bad, but didnt put 10, as I see some room for improvement

Quite abit of language issues, knowing an international hotel like Hilton, I expected that they would at least understand english, and that I didnt need to keep translating. Also when they take deposit, they automatically charge your card, instead of letting me know they are going to charge the deposit on that card. Due to exchange rates, I had to pay extra because of the exchange rate, since i hold an international card. When I personally wanted to put down cash as deposit. Also the receptionists are behind the counter constantly on their phone, which i find pretty unproffesional

Lovely room, very comfortable.Didn’t get chance to use the robot room service but fun touch.Great location with good restaurant on the same block - Cunico

Nothing, lovely hotel

Room, view, health facilities

Long wait in room service and broken links on the app.

STAYED MANY TIME SIN THE PAST INCLUDING OPENING WEEK .THIS HOTEL HAS GONE DOWN HILL

NO HOTEL WIDE VPN INTERNET FACILITIES NO BUSINESS CENTRE STAFF TO ASSIT IN WI FI NO MINI BARS IN EXECUTIVE IE EXPENSIVE ROOMS EVEN WHEN ASKED TO FILL THE MINI BAT STILL NO ACTION NO ICE

Despite my overall disappointment with the room, I must say the bathroom was very good. The lobby is lovely and the staff were very friendly and professional.

The location is just...awful. It’s far from the city centre, near to nothing and even outside the area of shared bikes. A saving grace could have been a view over the river, however all we got was a view straight onto an apartment block directly behind the hotel. Whilst there was really nothing wrong with the room and it was clean and comfortable, it just felt like it was missing some finishing touches. I felt the furniture was poor quality and amenities lacking for a Hilton; even the minibar wasn’t stocked!

Front desk was great and very helpful with my kuaidi problem, helped to forward it on to my address. Emma was great - thank you!!

Smokers everywhere and nobody seemed to be stopping them. Lobby, lifts, everything reeked of smoke. Used to this in China but not in a Hilton.Breakfast was pretty average and coffee machine didn’t work.
