While the whole experience was excellent, what stands out the most is the extremely helpful, friendly staff. They arranged taxi service, a cooking class and various tours. Their English is great and they made us feel more like family than guests.

At first we thought it might be too far from Yangshuo town, however we quickly realized it was the perfect location as its only a short taxi ride into the busy town and it allowed us to enjoy the peaceful setting we had travelled there for.

Very nice location with beautiful view. Hanna from the reception desk made our days . She was extremely helpful organizing trips and booking tickets.

Hannah who was working the front desk was fantastic! She helped us rent scooters, gave us suggestions for what to see and do and where to go for dinner. I also lost my phone in the area and Hannah went above and beyond helping me try and track it down. The location and room were also stunning!

We loved that major attractions were within walking distance—so convenient yet peaceful, far from the hustle and bustle of West Street, making it perfect for a relaxing getaway. The hotel’s setting is breathtaking! Surrounded by mountains and water, the views from our room and the rooftop were stunning. We enjoyed watching the magnificent landscape unfold like a traditional Chinese painting, especially during sunrise and sunset. The "Sky Mirror" on the rooftop was a highlight—such a photogenic spot! The service exceeded our expectations. The staff were incredibly warm and thoughtful, helping with luggage, giving great travel tips, and even booking tickets for us. They went above and beyond to solve small, unique requests, which made us feel truly cared for. Our room was spotless, with comfy bedding and modern facilities like a smart toilet, electric curtains, and an elevator. Some rooms offer amazing natural light and wide-open views. Her warmth, attentiveness, and genuine care went far beyond what one usually expects – she made our stay feel incredibly special and well looked after. The current breakfast room felt a bit temporary, but we were pleased to learn that a brand-new restaurant is being built right in front of the hotel. It will be ready in May 2025. With views over the lake and surrounding mountains, it’s sure to offer an absolutely stunning backdrop for future meals.
