The location is satisfactory, and free car parking area is important for me.

The room, especially the carpet on the floor was so dirty.

The hotel has recently added new beds and bedding to the guest rooms. As well as new bath amenities! Thank you for your feedback on your stays, our management team uses it to better serve our guest. everything bad

The staff was very kind, warm and did the best for our stay to be pleasant. the bed was great and the view was great and the telly was ok. Internet works good. All the standard of a Accord hotel were followed.

The rooms given were basic but functional. Dont expect luxury. Basic tiles and normal floor carpet. No wood flooring etc. Not what we expect from a 4 star hotel room.

Rooms were very hot for me, the solution they suggested was to open the window, which brought so much noise since the rooms overlook a busy main street.

Perfect Location, lotsa food and coffee places close by and also safe locality. The staff at reception were kind specially Oguz for early check inn and also for upgrading room.

The location, swimming pool, and parking facilities were very good.

the power outlet for the charger was broken and required maintenance to fix it, and the air conditioning also malfunctioned and had to be repaired. I hope the service level improves and returns to the quality I experienced in my previous stays

Staff in restaurant for breakfast are lost, nobody wants to help and if you ask for help they do it unwellingly . 1. The room furniture too old (specially the couch).2. The A/C (Air condition system) un serviceable , however the ventilation was hot & too poor in the room & corridor.3. The Gym equipment old + the treadmill and Bicycle machine were in serviceable condition.4. The receptionist staff Were un helpful and take long time for (customers request).

Housekeepers not caring about cleaning the rooms and changing the daily supplies, but rather arranging them and returning them to their place is disgusting and revolting.

Staff is not professional specially the ones who are in reception and there management also no one speaks English well Not comfortable beds

Rooms are a little bit exhausted and not ideally clean, but it’s a nice variant with parking and close to new fancy quarter

There was a problem with issuing an invoice to my company name. Hotel reception staff didn't want to emit an invoice, saying that invoicing must be done through booking.com. after a heated exchange of words the staff finally printed the invoice including my company name.

I had an excellent experience at this hotel during my 4-night stay in February 2025. The hotel is well-managed, with a professional and friendly staff, ensuring high-quality service. Check-in and check-out were extremely smooth and quick. The breakfast was delicious and diverse, making the mornings even more enjoyable. Special thanks to the front desk staff, Mr. Nuri (NURI EGEMEN) and Mr. Kamal, for their professionalism and hospitality.

Nothing significant to mention. Everything was great, and I had a comfortable stay.

Some guests park their cars in two places without any sense of common decency. The hotel management is requested to impose fines on such guests.

Everything is excellent in this hotel, one of the best. Don’t hesitate to stay in if you can, especially a sea-view room with balcony and breakfast.

Honestly, there’s nothing that I didn’t like in this hotel. It’s perfect.
