Special thanks to the Service Manager Qven Zhang, always ready to help, very responsible and polite ?

reception staff does not speak English, I think it is important for hotel personal to know English

very good area, near the railway station, shopping centers

There are no bathrobes in the rooms.

Spacial THANKS to Service Manager Mr. Qwing, very helpful, very kind and polite❤️at the reception, I would advice to hire personal with English knowledge.

at the reception guys do not speak english which causes lots of nervous situations

HIGH COMMEND MANAGER QVEN....HE HELPED ME ABOVE AND BEYOND EXCELLENT SERVICE. SOLVED ALL MY TRANSPORT PROBLEMS DUE TO FLIGHT CANCELLATIONS. QVEN, THANK YOU!

Good location, close to a shopping center. Clean and comfortable rooms, good breakfast, attentive and helpful staff, this is the second year that I have stayed at the same hotel, nothing to complain about, great value for money.

Nothing except location

Staff is not trained to handle international guests . We did not get the room we wanted . They changed our room the next day and forgot to keep our luggage in the room .

Breakfast was so so . I am a vegetarian so not much choice for me

Breakfast could have more selection for vegetarian

its clean and decent

hotel address is hard to find in chinese navigation apps when I type Hilton. the breakfast has very limited variety. team doesn’t speak english well.

Luv this hotel, always stay here when travelling to Guzhen, Clean room, comfort bed and the size is large and appropriate for business traveller. Will come her again for next trip.

The smells especially around the corridors and lobby areas.

Good value for money

Wifi need to be better also, need to change shower product more often

Neat and clean , convenient location

Less vegetarian food items in breakfast , less staff and lack of swimming pool

Almost everything

Some time they included breakfast with very good price..this time with higher price ,they ask for extra for breakfast .

Good and comfortable room

No swimming pool, gym very small. No options for continental food

Location .breakfast, environment

Check in time can be earlier

The facility was good, the staff were very helpful, and very comfortable bed

The noise from the train station. The food option at the breakfast is limited

first choice for guzhen ,zhongshan business travelers .perfect location for guangzhou-donguan visit.nice n comfortable .
