It was very smart. Turned out the be the former office of a friend.

The Tv in the lounge wasn't working, but I'm Ok with things electronic so I corrected that quickly.

Nothing at all, it should be closed

Worst hotel ever. No one was there to give me the key .. I had to go for another one. And the hall was so dirty

Location was the best thing.

The person taking care of the front desk was not really friendly and /or customer oriented It showed up late. Beside apply to mt credit card for deposit for incidentals a charge non authorized for 167.44 Euros

Really nice and quiet room. Close to tram station Diamant. Staying here was pleasant it is a nice neigbourhood.

It feels they should renovate slowly. Everything is good, but you know, the little stuff. One window not working etc.

The room is large

The furniture is old and in very poor condition. There were pieces missing off the cabinets, parts were falling off the bottom of the bed, the curtains were missing hooks. When it rained, water leaked under the window and down the wall. There was mold on the wall from the moisture. The kitchen wasn't very clean. The mattress was uncomfortable. The TV is very small.

If you’re looking to be away from the city and unbothered, this is the place. Big rooms, clean, and friendly staff. Not a lot to do or eat around here but for the price, the rooms could use some renovation but are clean and quiet

Walls were peeling paint, felt like it the property is a bit neglected

The rooms facing the main boulevard are very noisy because the windows are not very soundproof.

It is well located and the room was clean and comfortable.

Spacious room with great value for money. There was a fridge available in the room. Staff were friendly and efficient as well.

The bathtub was not very clean; there was a permanent mark at the bottom that resembled mold. The sink was also not draining properly, likely due to a blockage. After running the tap for a few seconds, the sink would begin to fill up, and the water would only drain slowly over time.

The apartment is worth the short bus or metro ride to get there.Spacious nice room with a great view.The furniture and kitchen fulfilled all expectations.Thank you very much for cozying up and creating this comfort!!!

good location for me privately , but because of many possibilities of buses/ trams - good place to reach center of BXL. very good access to reach BXL by car from east side of city . There is underground parking ( 15 EURO/night)

Furniture , especialy in the Kitchen : upper cabinets - destroyed . Heats-radiator in the main room doesn't work properly ( on the beginning didn't work , after service , ..only half was cold :o))

My stay was lovely but vivi on reception was excellent. I had accidentally booked two rooms and was charged for two, after checking out of my one night stay my refund had been issued and was received within 2 days, she was really helpful sorting out a resolution for me! The room was great and even had a dishwasher in the kitchen, more space than I would ever need!

My only downside would have been the lift being broken when I checked in but I understand this is a short term thing!

The hotel was completely different to the pictures that we saw online:- All the walls were moldy, or their paint was peeling off- The pieces of furniture inside the room were all damaged- The hotel made 3 times a mistake in regards to our invoice- There was a plastic bag covering the smoke detector On the positive side + the room was fairly spacious + the room was cleanish

I have to admit the experience was above my expectations. Good location, a very spacious room, including a small kitchen - totally equiped. New sheets, sparkling white towels, hair dryer, shampoo & body gel, flat iron and ironing table, good wifi… They also offer a very good breakfast (buffet) and even a “quick treat” variant consisting in a coffe, a croissant and a juice for 5€, only.

Time was too short to find any cons. I could say that the staff is trying to keep the place clean and in the best conditions but it’s really difficult as long as some guests are not quite … I don’t want to be rude but I found some “traces” of some previous guests who burned the floor, used the microwave oven inapropriately… I wonder if those guests would do the same in their homes :(. The hotel staff is definetely hard working and this is the reason why the place is still so comfy and clean.

Good location and comfort, nevertheless lacking cleanness and TV not functioning properly

According to information given by the hotel my room should have been cleaned once during my 8 days of stay. Nevertheless this never happened except changing the towels and emptying the pins the very last day of my stay.Also. the TV in my room lost all the French channels on the second day of my stay and despite my repeated complaints to the reception nothing happened and the TV was never fixed.

Excellent and well connected location (15 min walk to Triumphal Arch), clean and comfortable room, friendly host/receptionists.

One pillow was excellent, and the other pillow was uncomfortable, too hard/firm.I couldn't use the dishwasher because one of the internal parts looked broken. I notified the reception about that.

We din’t have breakfast, but hotel charged my card for breakfast!!! And does not return?

Really lovely room, Spacious bathroom, balcony windows were lovely to have open and watch below with a morning coffee. Staff were brilliant and welcoming would definitely stay again!

Nothing - everything was very convenient, good value for money and easy access to metro stations.
