Good beds and room

Very noisy in the mornings and nights lots of locals using hotel pool and yelling around

New to traveling and needed a place to rest on late notice. This place was easy to find and get to. Surprisingly good dorm beds which match my likes from back home, and they have nice curtains. Staff and lady at front desk were very friendly. Free breakfast, water, and coffee was very nice too.

I stay in the dorm. The queen bed it’s so comfortable!! And the breakfast delicious! Many variety including smoothies

Need to pay for bike when is far away, but still worth the price and confort

FALSE Advertisement

The room was advertised as a room with LAKE view and GARDEN view. In actual fact, the room was a tiny room with NO windows and poor air circulation because of lack of any windows to the outside. There was a washing machine and a very LOUD air-conditioner running through out the night which you can hear very clearly in the room which makes it difficult to fall asleep. Additionally, the electrical wirings in the room is FAULTY so that every time the air-conditioner pauses, a light on the ceiling would flicker on for a second which makes it near impossible to sleep. If you didn't make the connection you would also think the room is HAUNTED. The staff lady also made it clear they would NOT cancel the rest of your bookings unless Bookings.com allow them to because of the associated fees charged when you only want to cancel due to misleading advertisements and the fact that the room is NOT tolerable to you.

The hotel is great but the owner is a legend! She will organise everything for you, and always with a smile on her face. Would recommend!

The room was big, clean, and with no issues at all. We liked the location which is pretty close to the center of Tam Coc but quite area. The staff helped us with transfer booking, great laundry, and offered help in everything we needed.

Not a lot of options for breakfast, and we didn't really enjoy it.

The hotel has very good facilities. Lovely breakfast, comfortable beds, warm shower, swimming pool, comfortable seating areas! The staff were what made it for myself and my sister! They are absolutely amazing! A home away from home! Couldn't recommend enough!

The host was brilliant, she was helpful and always attentive to our needs. This is the first time we’ve stayed in a hotel/home stay on our trip and I can say it’s been by far our best experience for accommodation. Great location, great facilities, clean and spacious modern rooms and friendly staff. BONUS the food attached to the hotel is also top tier.

Review is based on value for money.We spent 2 nights here and were welcomed in at 04:00 by the receptionist (we emailed ahead of our arrival). The hotel and location were good overall, and we were upgraded to a VIP suite at no extra cost at the discretion of the manager. The lobby area and room were clean.

The pool had a film of dust/debris on it when we arrived. This was cleaned halfway through the next day, which made it look more presentable. The pool area is shaded and a little dated.Communicating what I would like for breakfast was difficult on the 1st day with the chap who worked there. the 2nd day was easier with the lady manager. Breakfast was basic but functional.

This hotel was nice and clean. It is within 10 minutes walk to the left to all the shops and restaurants. There is a swimming pool inside the hotel.

Good location, although we didn't think so at first. It looks like there isn't much around, but it's only 5-10 mins walk into the main town. Staff were very nice, the breakfast was decent, and the room was comfy.

We hired bikes from here that were on the older side and had a problem with one of them but someone helped us on the side of the road and it was fine after that. We even used the same ones the next day and had no problem.

The bed in the dorm was very large. Had good facilities. Very pretty surroundings. The woman who has the place was very kind. Tam Coc center is at a walkable distance and there are great vibes.

The bed was very hard, felt like I was laying on a rock with a blanket on. One night I came home late and all the doors were locked, so I could not get in, but I had not been informed of any curfew.

The owner of the hotel: super diligent and nice. She helped me with everything I needed!!! The beds in the dorm are huge!!!

Amazing stay!! Staff were amazing and so so helpful. We booked our bus and everything was great! Beautiful breakfast each morning and the pineapple juice was so good! Only a short 5/10minute walk into the centre. Lovely coffee shop nearby called cocoa also. Beautiful family run stay. Highly recommend
