Front desk Staff were extremely helpful and always willing to assist. Thor was exceptionally great and always keen to help. Breakfast buffet had good variety and kitchen staff lovely. In house dining was reasonably priced. Quiet location. Free bike hire and cheap laundry next door.

The bathrooms are not well designed as other reviewers have commented, though I was skeptical they could be that bad and booked despite this, and I have to say it is bad. The bathroom in the kids room had a single drain on the opposite side to the open shower - this meant the tiled bathroom floor is completely wet after each shower and this is a real slip hazard. Our upgraded room (which was much appreciated) had a sunken shower/bath that required one to navigate the shiny slippery (when wet) tiles. This bathroom is a major hazard as you could slip and crack your head so it is not recommended for anyone who has young kids, or poor balance.

Matress was not a hotel rated and not super comfy. washroom was smelly (something like the sweage smell). Took a few minutes to have hot water in the shower everytime we used it.

Very courteous and helpful staff. The room had a nice view of the rice fields.

Great view from there balcony, very good bathroom facilities, very close to several tourist locations and easy access to the main road. The staff even helped with booking private taxis and scooter rentals. We got lucky and were allowed to check-in 3.5 hours prior and even got a room upgrade at no extra charge.

The scooters provided for rental could be better maintained (although that was done through a third party partner, so cannot blame much)

Very clean and beautiful. The staff were very attentive and friendly. They were the most friendly staff we have encountered in Vietnam and the service was amazing. We loved the use of the bicycles and the location was a little bit out of town but easier to get to the Kia cave and in the middle so a convenient location.

This is a beautiful property in a nice quiet location just a short grab ride into town and with excellent views over the paddy fields. One of the best places we stayed in our trip in Vietnam. The rooms were excellent and clean. There were free bikes which were in great condition and we used them to go to Mua Cave. The breakfast was great and the roof terrace was great to watch sunset. What makes this hotel though is the staff. They were so friendly, helpful and spoke excellent English. Wendy was amazing at breakfast and throughout our stay. I would highly recommend.

Minor criticism, but when we were there the pool was a bit murky.

Lalita Hotel is a new boutique hotel in a great location and with exceptional service. It is great value. The room is comfortable and the food excellent. Most of all the staff are friendly and attentive.

From the moment I arrived at the front desk, mr Thor was so helpful and caring, his English was very good Bed and room was very comfortable. Balcony had a lovely view .Breakfast had a great selection of different food. I would highly recommend this hotel.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at Lalita Boutique Hotel & Spa! From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make our honeymoon special. As soon as they found out we were celebrating, they offered us a free room upgrade without us even asking. It was such a thoughtful gesture and really made us feel welcome.The room was clean, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. We were also given complimentary drinks, which added a lovely touch to our experience. Every staff member we interacted with was kind, professional, and genuinely caring.The service here is exceptional – warm, personal, and sincere. It’s the kind of hospitality that makes you want to come back again. Highly recommended for couples and anyone looking for a peaceful, memorable stay in Ninh Binh.

Really Nice hotel. Room very spacious and clean, great location to explore the local area. 15 minute walk to the main area with Restaurants and shops.

The hotel was great and clean. They even upgraded us to a bigger room. The breakfast wasn’t amazing and the location is 20 minute walk from the center

Our honeymoon stay at Lalita Hotel in Tam Coc was truly memorable, thanks to the exceptional staff. From the moment Jade reached out before our arrival to ensure everything was perfect, we felt incredibly welcomed. The room decoration, with its beautiful balloons and flowers, was a delightful and thoughtful touch. The staff's kindness and attentiveness were outstanding. The hotel is also a great value and offers a peaceful, quiet escape a little outside the bustling center of Tam Coc. However, light sleepers should note that the room wasn't completely dark, and soundproofing was minimal, leading to early wake-ups. Despite these minor issues, we highly recommend Lalita Hotel for its wonderful service and tranquil atmosphere.

Located out of Tam Coc. Only cost around 30000 dong each way by taxi. Or you can walk . Hotel has bikes as well.The hotel can arrange their preferred drivers if you want a private SUV to nip around the sites.Lovely staff.
