Ninh Binh Hidden Charm Hotel & Resort

The property and room was nice and convenient.

The front desk staff were terrible. They charged us for an extra night. We showed them written documentation from booking.com confirming the nights that we had booked but they kept telling us they had it down for us arriving a day earlier and leaving a day before we needed to. So even though we provided them with the paperwork they asked for they still said we had to pay for an extra night. Seems like a scam to me when you have no choice. Rather than being accommodating and showing any customer service, they just kept demanding that we pay full price for another night. We stayed in many hotels during our month in Vietnam and no hotel acted like this one.

Great location five minute walk into town. Lovely grounds, free bicycles, delicious breakfast. Everything to do right on your doorstep.

Everything was good.! Bedding, pillows are super comfy! We had an amazing guide for our private tour, which we booked in hotel, really happy with a tour! Location is great to go for shopping and food!

Vietnamese spring rolls in restaurant was not the best ?

the staff was really great. Especially Miss Annie did an excellent job and was at the top of everything, whatever info and services we needed.Breakfast fast very good, I liked also the pool.

Because of the rather limited options of good hotels in Ninh Binh, the hotel was target for large tourist groups.

The staff were mostly attentive and friendly. The hotel accommodates large busses and suits travellers who participate in organised tours, I believe this is where the staff focus their attention, in particular at breakfast time. The shower over the bath is a peculiar setup which allows water to pool, and mould to thrive. One of our rooms had a distinct mouldy smell.

Excellent facilities and great breakfast buffet option. Make sure to check for their mountain view rooms as thats the key highlight.The pool and gym facilities are well maintained. Koi pond is an added attraction

The staff were very friendly and the room was comfortable. Short walk to the main area of the town.

Unfortunately there were noisy people staying on the same floor as us and the doors are not soundproof so we could hear the loud people returning to their rooms at night.Shower is also over a bath and was not easy to get in and out of.

The rooms were amazing, location was perfect, staff were friendly and breakfast buffet the best in Ninh Binh. Would definitely recommend.

my spouse and I could not eat Vietnamese food. The staff helped us by preparing food that was tasty for us. We are grateful to them.

Convenient location, clean rooms, helpful staff, delicious food in the restaurant, warm water in the rooms, have family rooms, good massage in the spa salon on the first floor. Very nice and comfortable pillow in rooms??

It was a beautifully relaxing resort with a wonderful pool and helpful staff. Rooms were spacious and the location was close to everything we needed for a relaxing holiday.

We booked through booking.com for $106 a night and were charged $189 a night because of public holiday

Great location. Great views over Tam Coc. The egg station was the only good part of breakfast. Wonderful large pool.

We were overcharged for a limousine transfer to the airport. By double from everyone else on the coach. This was the hotels recommendation.The communication from the property was also lacking on pick up times and the breakfast was cold and rarely replenished. Nice hotel, however for the price we paid, we have had much better service at other properties in Vietnam

Really good hotel so close to Tam Coc town. The rooms are modern and spacious. There is a wide choice of breakfast. Very family friendly.

Very minor point but there could have been better tv channels, at least an English speaking news station.

The hotel is a 5 minute walk into the main town of Tam Coc so very convenient, the staff are extremely friendly, breakfast really good, I would definitely stay at this hotel again
